Located in York Beach, this lovely house for $207 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. With Long Sands Beach only three blocks down the road, this will be a summer spent swimming, boogie boarding, building sandcastles, and relaxing in the Southern Maine sunshine. Built in 2019, this home is bright, open, and comfortable, with an air-conditioned living space spread out across two levels (a separate ground-floor apartment is occupied by a tenant). It's a place where you can stroll 800 feet home from the beach, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower (cold water only), and toss the swimsuits in the laundry room. Bring a cold drink outside to a rocking chair on the front porch, or make yourself at home on the living room sofa in front of the cable TV. Just beyond the living room are a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen with full-size appliances, plentiful cabinet storage, and an island with bar seats for your assisting chefs. On summer evenings, lounge outside in the hammock, sear fresh seafood on the gas grill, and tell stories of the days laughs and adventures around the firepit. Things to Know If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very clean! Lots of essentials available. Loved the short walk to the beach! A few beach chairs would nice addition! Maybe there are some later in the season. We would stay here again! Lots of fun!

My husband, two teenagers, and 2 small dogs traveled to York the last weekend of April. We were looking for somewhere quiet, dog-friendly, affordable and walking distance to the ocean. This rental hit the spot! There were plenty of comfortable sleeping options for all of us and the 3 bathrooms were a life saver for the 4 of us (especially for our girl and boy teenagers!). The house was equipped with literally everything you could think of needing. We loved the area and friendly neighbors who were very understanding the day our little shi-tzu escaped on us momentarily! The less than 5-minute walk to the ocean was perfection. The house was a 10-minute drive to all the best shopping and activities. We were really able to see so much more than we planned because of its location. We had an issue with tripping a breaker our first night there and the maintenance support was so amazingly fast and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this location. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Everything we needed was at the house. Layout worked for us. We could walk the beach without having to drive. Easy drive to other cities. I used the front porch for early morning workouts protected from the rain

The property was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. We took many walks down there with our dog Dexter. The house was awesome, very spacious and a nice back patio for relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place for a beach vacation. Clean and convenient. You don't need to pack your own sheets or towels. Even the pillows were clean and comfortable. There are 2 roll away cots and a fully equipped kitchen. Quick walk to Long Sands.

This is a well equipped house with 10 min walk to the beach. The house has almost everything you need for cooking with plenty of silverware and plates. We cooked most of our breakfast and a few dinners. Used the grill once and all worked well. The owner was responsive to some questions that I had during my stay, so communication was good.

We had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to the beach and for our morning coffee. House has everything you need. My kids enjoyed all the board games. Enjoy the firepit in the front yard or the BBQ and dinner in the backyard. We will be back next summer!

Stayed with the family and the kids brought friends. The property was perfect, short walk to the beach, 3 bathrooms is huge with 7 kids. Communication with the owner was flawless. Would recommend and hope to book again next year.
