Resort-style amenities in this neighborhood also include two sparkling shared pools. Professionally decorated, the stylish floor plan features hardwood floors, exquisite granite countertops, and high ceilings. Enjoy beautiful Gulf vistas from all four outdoor spaces and three of the bedrooms. *Must be able to walk upstairs, no elevator* The ground-floor suite offers added privacy with a separate entrance, a bunk room (BR1) with two sets of custom-built Twin over Twin bunk beds and a luggage rack. The bathroom is comprised of a vanity and a large tile and pebble shower with a glass door. The living area offers comfy seating with an armchair and plush sectional, which also converts to a queen sleeper. Affectionately known as the Flying Cloud Bar, this space includes a 60” TV, bar seating for two, and a wet bar with a fridge and sink. On the second floor, you'll find even more space to entertain in the second living area, complete with a sectional sofa, armchair, and 50” TV. Take your morning coffee out onto the balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. Detailed with gleaming granite countertops and a full suite of appliances, the well-appointed kitchen offers plenty of space to prep meals and comes equipped with dishes, a regular drip coffee maker, basic pots, pans and utensils. The double sink is surrounded by a wall of windows. Sit down to dine at the large table with seating for eight, and four stools at the breakfast bar. The laundry room sits off of the kitchen area. Make use of the full-size washer, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board during your stay. High ceilings soar in the second-floor master suite (BR2), which features a King bed, 50” TV, luggage rack, nightstands, chest for your beach attire, desk for working from home, private balcony, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower with glass door and soaking tub. On the third floor, two more bedrooms each offer direct access to the upper balcony with seating and sweeping Gulf views. The third bedroom (BR3) contains two Twin beds, each with trundles and a 42” TV, nightstands, closet and access to the balcony. The fourth bedroom (BR4) is appointed with a Queen bed, matching chair, nightstands, closet, 36” TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower with a bench. A guest hallway bathroom on this floor is configured with a vanity and a walk-in shower with a bench. The large deck off the living area provides four Adirondack chairs and side tables with partial Gulf views. On the ground floor, you'll also find a convenient outdoor shower. We stayed for a 4-day weekend with grandparents, and kids - a group of 10. Great location to the beach, the golf cart is a big plus, and the neighborhood is nice. The house is laid out well, comfortable, but obviously had a lot of use lately in the height of summer. Plan to bring more paper towels and any speciality cook need as the kitchen was limited in what was available and we bought some of our own supplies. However, the management team was very responsive and did their best to help w our request which we appreciated. The beach is great and hard not to have a great time!

Very spacious home perfect for multiple families and you have your own floors. No complaints, but lots of stairs if you have small children. Everything you can think of was provided. Such a nice home and very close to the shore.

Good location, some challenges with TV system, Lots of rooms, nice to have golf cart. Master has no closet available and master bath is separated outside of master bedroom and open to living area,, a bit strange. kitchen items were hard to find consistent in storage area,

This was a quick weekend get-away with 3 generations of our family. The check-in process was simple and convenient. The home was spotlessly clean and well-supplied with everything expected. It was a nice surprise to see full-size hand soap, and even bath gel/shampoo. The home was nice and cool when we arrived, too! The included golf cart was a real bonus! One of the most magical memories was an evening ride on the beach. The host was quick to respond to our questions. There was more house than we needed for the size of our group, but we will definitely seek out either this house if we have a large enough group, or another property run by this host for our next vacation in Port A.

While the house may not have been spotless when we arrived, and the dishwasher didn’t work, the overall stay was excellent. Very roomy, the beds are very comfortable, the location was perfect!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the location can not be beat!! The home is very well stocked and has some great amenities. Only real negatives are I am pretty sure the dishwasher was not working properly. I did not investigate very thoroughly but it did not seem to be connected to water. Also, the house could have been a bit cleaner. I would definitely stay at the home again!!

Perfect for a large family Port A beach vacation! Our three generations enjoyed the house, which was perfect for our group of 12. The house has beach and ocean views and is very close to the boardwalk for either walking or buggy access. Up early for beach exploring and tent set-up, after breakfast spent the day at the beach until early afternoon, back to the house for lunch, then kids enjoyed the pool before we would head out for dinner, and ended the day with some nighttime crab hunting. All around wonderful family vacation!
