Beautiful spot and friendly and accessible hosts. Amazing views and comfy little cottage close to spectacular beaches and downtown but also away from the hustle and bustle. Our host gave us great suggestions on places to go and eat. She was great!!! Would definitely stay here again.

This sweet, well-equipped and clean cottage is a perfect place for two. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with lots of birds, and not too far from Cruz Bay to run in for dinner at night. We enjoyed coffee time on the porch in the mornings with a view of Fish Bay. Ayiti has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Zlata and Oleg are the friendliest and warmest hosts:) We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to relax and get away from the busy towns.

We stayed at Ayiti cottage for a week in June 2023. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a great view of Fish Bay. The drive to/from Cruz Bay is easy (about 15 minutes). The north shore beaches are fairly close as well (about 30 minutes). The cottage was very clean and furnished with everything we needed, including beach towels and a cooler. We hope to return for another visit someday, and if we do, we will stay at this charming cottage again.

We loved our anniversary getaway here, and hope to return soon. Oleg and Zlata are great hosts and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The cottage opens to a large deck with an amazing view of the bay, and is in a wonderfully peaceful location hidden away in beautiful landscaping and flowers. The pictures do not do it justice.

We absolutely love our time here!! This home was I. The one of the most beautiful and quiet locations in the island with a dreamy view. The neighiwad so quiet and private. We had all of the amenities we needed to cook some food for ourselves. We really appreciated the beach gear so that we could avoid having to rent it all. The communication with the hosts was top notch, they answered all of our questions and were so kind. We even got to meet their adorable cat! We hope to come back to the island one day and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat, would recommend this place to everyone I know!

The cottage is just right for two, with beautiful views overlooking Fish Bay. Loved the community and the property was well appointed. Great communication with Zlata and Oleg. We were appreciative of the cooler and chairs at the property. Make sure you rent a Jeep or something that can climb the hills to and from the property. We found the area to be a central location for traveling to North Shore areas and the East End. We will be back!

We loved our week here.

The cottage was immaculate and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. Once we got used to the roads and driving on the left, we never stopped exploring! The driveway and stairway bordered on being too much for my husband (76), but he persevered! It was a wonderful place to celebrate our 45th anniversary! Zylata and Oleg were just lovely people snd very accommodating to help in any way!

The cottage is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is about 10-12min drive into Cruise Bay, and the nearest grocery store is about 7 min. We ate breakfast everyday on the porch with the view of the ocean.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Ayiti cottage for our first time on St. John. Loved that it was in a neighborhood vs in the thick of it. At night when we returned from the beaches it was quite relaxing. It was really nice to enjoy the amazing porch views in the morning & at night. Cottage had everything we needed and we were super thankful for the beach chairs, cooler, and towels. We met Zlata and she's very nice. We were mostly on the go and at the beaches by 8-9am and either stayed there all day or came back for an afternoon nap, and only to go out again for dinner. We enjoyed our time very much and look forward to another trip in the future. If you're a couple looking for a quiet place with a view, this place is for you!!!

We had a really lovely experience here. The apartment is cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the view from the room/balcony is breathtaking. The location was great too, close to evertyhing on the island. Great fast stable wifi. Zlata & Oleg were extremely easy to communicate with, and they were prompt to help us with all our questions. We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage overlooking Fish Bay on St. John. It was charming and quiet with a clear view of the bay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and we spent a fun week exploring the island. The cottage had beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and floats to use, so no need to pack or rent those items. Highly recommend!

Host were extremely nice and helpful. They prepared a map for great hiking trails and places to park. Fantastic view and quick and easy access to Cruz Bay.

This villa was the perfect getaway for a couple. The location was great, just minutes from town and close to The Windmill Bar (one of our favorites). The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. We were able to make breakfast and enjoy our coffee every morning on the balcony. Oleg was a great host and we even got to meet the resident kitty cat. We love St. John and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this enchanting cottage high up on a hill overlooking Fish Bay on Saint John. In fact, the best part of our visit was returning here each night for the view of the bay, the sounds of waves lapping on the shore, and the delightful tropical breezes. We watched evening fall, moonrises, and sunrises... the colors of Fish Bay changing each hour. It faces east so we were never left sweltering in afternoon sun. It’s a perfect place for a couple, a great view from the bed, and a terrific porch with a table for meals and sofa for relaxing Oleg and Zlata were wonderful hosts, even helping us negotiate a challenging rental car issue. Ayiti Cottage is well appointed and had everything we could possibly need. It is close enough to town to go in for meals, but is away from the noise and congestion.We enjoyed great sailing and snorkeling, fabulous meals in Cruz Bay, and swims at beautiful beaches, but we both agreed that the best thing about our visit was calling this place home.

We stayed at this VRBO property for a week in February. It is a perfect fit for a couple who is looking for a quiet place to stay on St. John with a kitchenette and a beautiful view. The amenities were spot-on as described in the listing and everything was very clean and new. The apartment is in Fish Bay, which is a quiet and residential part of the island. We loved the location, especially since we could walk to one of the National Park trailheads from the apartment! Most of the popular public beaches are on the north side of the island which are a short drive away. We rented a car and are glad that we did because it would be hard to see all that there is to see on the island without one. While the apartment was great, the hosts really set this rental apart. They answered a million questions we had ahead of the trip and gave us some great recommendations on rental cars, charter trips, the COVID testing process to enter USVI, travelling by ferry to St. John, and hikes. They provided us with local hiking maps, beach chairs, beach towels, reusable grocery bags, and a cooler to help make packing easier. They were very attentive in making sure we reached the apartment successfully once we arrived on the island, and welcomed us with a beautiful bouquet of tropical flowers for us that we enjoyed the whole week. It was like having our own personal concierge for the trip! I would unequivocally recommend this place to any couple looking for a vacation to St. John!

The property is lovely, it has great views and the owners are wonderful. We believe it is a great place to scape the chaos of the city, be in touch with nature, relax and reconnect. I loved the fact that we got to see the surise every morning from our bed. The bed was comfortable, the linens were too. The space had AC, which we only used our last 2 nights. The way the property us located it gets a nice breeze and the AC is not really needed. The property is good for 2 people max. It is a small space in paradise.
