We loved staying at this condo. It was very clean and spacious for 5 people to stay in. We took advantage of both the indoor and outdoor pools. It has two walkways to get to the beach is a bonus too. It’s in a very convenient location and the staff was very nice and accommodating! We will definitely stay at WaterPoint again!

It's an older building but well maintained, both the common areas and in the condo itself. The condo was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The manager was very responsive and pleasant when we had a minor issue with the air conditioning. Nice family beach area.

Really enjoyed are stay. Everything was clean and just what we needed for our short visit. I loved the location. It was perfect.

We stayed in a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo. We were able to see the ocean and it was a very short walk to the beach. It is very quiet - I could not hear any of the the tenants.
Randy and Debbie are great to work with. If I had any questions, they were quick to answer.
This place is close to stores but far away enough not to be congested.
We have been here twice and look forward to our next visit. 😀

Great, well maintained complex with an AMAZING location. Grounds and beach were super clean, pools were well taken care of, lobby was always clean, and the pools were great. Room itself is exactly as advertised, we’d happily stay here again (and will seek it out specifically in the future). The only complaint is that while the rooms were surface clean the whole condo was in desperate need of a deep clean. To be clear, the beds/linens/towels/showers/toilets/etc were all very clean and well maintained but it’s the little things that need some TLC. The walls were grimy in some spots, there were dirty ketchup/mustard finger prints on the kitchen fixtures, dust/dirt gathering in corners, etc. Nothing major and nothing a deep clean wouldn’t get rid of, but that did stick out to us. Still would go back in a heart beat and wish our stay was longer. Would 10/10 recommend.

Spent the long weekend for July 4th with our kids and grandkids. Condo was well stocked with kitchen items, towels and beach gear. Hosts were prompt with communication. Would recommend this place for your family.

We were overall content with property & location. We appreciated the chair to take down to the beach. The only complaint would be how uncomfortable the mattresses were. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but only stayed 2.

The condo is a great place to relax and have a beautiful view of the beach. It is compact in size but has what you need. The view of the beach is wonderful. The complex is clean and nice. Parking was easy, the area is safe. We truly enjoyed our time and would recommend staying.

We had a wonderful time. The room was very close to the pools and beach access. The owner is very quick to respond to any issues or concerns I had. Would definitely stay again. The condo was also very clean.

Amazing week at the beach
We had an incredible time at the beach, and we can not express how grateful we are for Randy and the rest of the staff. The property was amazing, and you could tell everyone there truly cares about you having a great time. They went above and beyond for us. We left a sentimental blanket and they immediately got back with us and helped us get it shipped home.
The location is perfect. You are right on the beach, and they have amazing amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool. They had a 4th of July buffet, and even a shell painting night!
We are 100% coming back next year. Thank you so much for everything.

Comfortable, Relaxing, All could hope for
Property was just as described! Loved and appreciated that the owner had covers on all the sofas/chairs....and had all the beach chairs/umbrellas and housing necessities a family could ever need. Owners responded in 15 mins when we needed trash bags. View was gorgeous, and the shortest walk to the beach for any beach trip we've ever had. Entire building was key controlled, and pools/hot tub were maintained multiple times throughout the day and never crowded. Property was well lit and plenty of parking and allowed for two vehicles, which was a great plus for us! It was obvious the owners took great pride in thier unit...highly recommend! We look forward to returning and appreciate the opportunity to stay in thier home!

June 2022 Stay
The condo was cleaned and well stocked. We enjoyed the close beach access. The beach equipment that was left to our use was super helpful. Our only negatives were that we didn't know that we could not use our beach tent prior to our trip, the third bedroom was super small, and the bed in the master bedroom was squeaky and uncomfortable.

When I first got there. The first night there was a leak that happened, soaked it all up with towels ended up using every towel we had. Let the property manager know, and immediately they came and got the drenched towels, and washed them and brought us new ones. The maintenance guy was there the next day, to fix the issue. Only complaint, is that it looks a bit bigger in pictures than it actually is, still a decent size though! Awesome communication, and overall great treatment! The place was clean, spacious, and such an amazing view. Will 100% be returning, thank you guys for helping provide an amazing trip for us! 💗

Lovely Visit To N. Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving
We were there in the (more or less) off season, so it was a little quieter than a middle of the summer beach day. However, the building lobby was immaculate, so great first impression. Parking across the street was totally convenient. The condo was super nice - everything worked and was as promised. It was nicely decorated but not too much bric a brac to get in the way. Beds were comfortable. Super nice balconies off two rooms. Views of the beach were so pretty with the landscaped dune in front of the building just before the sand started. Convenient location in Windy Hill - across from Barefoot Landing and close to Ocean Drive/Main Street. Management company was very easy to deal with and very nice and helpful.

This property was better than advertised. The pictures actually need to be updated as there have been some updates with new owners. Although it needs some minor maintenance done, it was very comfortable for my family. The property was family friendly, very clean, quiet and the owners on site were very friendly and welcoming! Randy made the process very simple and easy. We liked this place very much and plan to return again and again as our children grow up.
