Located in Bismarck, this attractive house for $75 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Two bedroom home featuring brand new beds, brand new linens and light blocking curtains so you can get a good night of rest during your stay. The hardwood floors were just restored and shine throughout the living room and hallway. This home is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. Free high speed Wi-fi. Laptop friendly workspace. Has an entrance that opens right to the front steps and another door that opens right onto its own private deck. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces and deep clean between each stay. The bathroom features a full bath. All new towels, a blow dryer and first aid kit are all located in the linen closet. The living room features a 58' Samsung Smart TV with Hulu. Kick back and enjoy a movie after a long day. The kitchen is fully stocked. You just need the chef. Pots and Pans, Keurig Machine, slow cooker microwave, toaster, and new dishes are all ready for you to cook a delicious meal. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Do your laundry for free, BONUS! The new dining room table comfortably seats four guests and makes a great space to work from home. The unit has central air so it stays nice and cool in the summer and cozy warm in the winter. Guests get the driveway which can two vehicles depending on the size. If additional parking is needed, there is tons of on street parking available around this home. The back yard has a deck overlooking the yard to enjoy during the summer. Guests have the whole home to themselves. Laugh loud. We don't care:) Guests have the whole home to themselves. Each of our bedrooms is keyed to be able to be locked off. Base rate of $50 per night is for the master bedroom open and the bathroom (VRBO fees, taxes and etc. are additional). If you would like two bedrooms the price is $100 per night (VRBO fees, taxes and etc. are additional). Upon booking, we will ask you how many bedrooms you would like for your stay. We will send a fund request for the additional funds if you want more than one bedroom. We kindly ask our guests to sign a rental agreement upon booking. If you would like to view the agreement prior to booking, pop us a message. Why do we have a Strict cancellation policy? Unlike hotels with many rooms to rent, cancellations are devastating to owners of single family homes. When we accept your reservation we acknowledge that you are perhaps taking time off from work and making plane and vehicle reservations. We would never cancel your reservation and expect the same commitment from you. We have worked hard to have a 0% Cancellation rate to prove to our guests that we stand by our word when you book our home. The security deposit is $500 per bedroom. We will send you a funds request upon booking for the deposit. We specialize in long term rentals to professionals with 13 week contracts usually. We only accept bookings that at longest leave a two week open window in our calendar. If you are looking for a stay that leaves a longer gap, we most likely won't accept the stay.

My wife and I rented this 860 square foot home for 2 ½ months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The newly remodeled, singled level home is located in a safe, quiet, middle-class residential neighborhood which is located about 1 mile from the capitol building and 3 miles from old downtown. The house has everything you need for a long or short stay. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving. The living room is minimally furnished with a hard wood floor. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a carpeted floor. The tiled bathroom is a full bath with plenty of hot water. The central air and heating kept us comfortable no matter the weather. The WIFI has a strong signal and there is excellent cell phone reception. There is about 40 feet of driveway parking as well as unlimited street parking. The house has a small front lawn with an elevated back wooden deck that overlooks an open large rear lawn. You must climb 8 steps to the front cameraed house entrance while rear entry is via 5 steps. Leah and Nick were very friendly and helpful hosts. They respect your privacy so you will have the house to yourself. Again, we recommend this home and would stay there again.
