Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby parks and walking trails. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Thank you for your interest in our home! *Newly updated, all new furniture, linens, decorations! *One bedroom, one bathroom unit with queen air mattress for living area. *Onsite parking, spots available directly in front of your unit. *Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube TV provided *Fully stocked kitchen with stove and small appliances available for use. We have seasonings, oils, condiments, and food prep/storage (foil, bags, wax paper, saran wrap) available for your use. We also have dishwasher detergent available for use. *Enjoy coffee from our coffee bar, stocked with grounds, sweeteners, and creamer. We also have tea available. *We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your stay. We have a toiletry basket in case you forgot something! *Patio with private seating area just outside your front door *Each stay will include 1 free day pass to Spearfish's newest gym, Level Up. Located about 5 minutes from the property, you and your guests can enjoy access to strength and cardio equipment, sauna, and tanning. Additional day passes can be purchased online. *Since this is a newly remodeled unit and out of respect for other travelers, we have a no pets and no smoking policy. Quiet hours after 10:00pm in patio areas. We hope to create a space where you can relax and unwind while feeling right at home! *Weather cancellation policy: Due to the nature of where we live, we do not offer refunds for weather related events unless the DOT closes the highway or roads prohibiting travel to our town. We experience winter 6+ months out of the year and our area is equipped to handle the snow. We want you to feel comfortable with traveling, but cannot afford to have our calendar tied up only to have last minute cancellations for several months out of the year. Check-in instructions will be sent to you within 2 weeks of your arrival date. You don’t need to worry about meeting us at a specific time, you will be given a specific door code to enter the property for your stay. Please check your message history for this information prior to arrival. If you have any questions, please let me know! You enter the home through a keypad, no need to meet in person! If you need anything at all during your stay, we are available to help and have a property manager in town. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just off the highway and walking distance to downtown Spearfish! The unit is located in a 5 unit Airbnb apartment complex. You have your own private patio and then share a yard and parking lot with other guests. Spearfish is a great hub in the Black Hills! You are close to great hiking and biking at Lookout Mountain, Crow Peak, and the Spearfish Canyon. Head over to Deadwood (15 minutes) for concerts, gambling, and shopping. Skiing at Terry Peak in Lead is about 30 minutes away. Do some sightseeing in Custer, Keystone, and Sylvan Lake about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Be sure to check out Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore along the way! Rapid City offers a lot of great activities and concerts (about 45 minutes away). Ellsworth Air Force Base has a great Air Museum and there are plenty of activities for kids like Bear Country, Storybook Island, and Reptile Gardens. No pets allowed, No Smoking inside

Apartment was cozy and well decorated, had everything we needed for our little getaway. Close to the interstate for east access to all the black hills has to offer. So much to see and do in Spearfish. We hiked the trails at Spearfish Canyon. Toured around the fish hatchery, Ate at Killians, had happy hour at Stadium. I would recommend all of these to anyone who chooses spearfish as there place to stay. Owner was quick to respond when we couldn’t get the lock unlocked. Great little place. We would stay again Thanks

It was quiet comfortable and easy to get toSpearfish.Close to a grocery store and a few blockks from restaurants and coffee shops.We had a difficulty with the eletronic front door lock but when we called the owner he fixed it immediately

This was a perfect place for us to stay for 5 days while exploring sites in and around Spearfish. The owners were very quick to respond to us to help us figure out the door lock and the tv remote worked. From our place we visited and hiked Devil’s Tower, drove Spearfish Canyon and the Needles, toured the fish hatchery in town, and hiked several area trails. We loved biking a stretch of the Mickelson Trail and the Spearfish City trail system was very cool as well. Lillian’s for dinner is tremendous! There is also a great little Indian cuisine restaurant next to Killian’s that was tasty. We also visited Crazy Horse which was so neat. The Native American taco at the restaurant there was delicious! All in all, this is a perfect place to serve as a basecamp.

Really enjoyed our stay in Spearfish. This apartment was easy to access right off interstate and is close to downtown for all the activities going on. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It had many items that were handy like zip lock bags, clothes hangers and a coffee bar. The host Ryan was very helpful whenever we had questions. We already have our stay booked at this apartment for next year's Corvette Rally!

We got there in a torrential downpour. When we tried to get into the house with the keypad it didn't work. The property owner was quick to respond and said it can do that with rain and how to get in. The house was clean and cute. I had some questions and every time i text the property owner he responded right away. We would stay there again.

This property is clean, comfortable, cozy & convenient to highway access & a short walk to downtown activities. The neighborhood is well kept & I never had any safety concerns. There were a couple of minor issues with the door lock & WiFi, but Ryan was very responsive & the issues were resolved quickly & completely. I would stay here again & highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Spearfish area. Thanks for a great visit, Ryan!

Cute little apartment, well equipped and clean. Easy access to everything. We walked downtown both days. It was a nice walk and we enjoyed the flowers in everyone's yards on the way.

Cute little place decorated nicely and very clean. Sofa only sleeps one, so if you gave a family of four bring an air mattress. My kids slept on the floor in the living room and was just fine. Walking distance to downtown, had a blast at the friday street fair and the Spearfish Brewing Company. No complaints, thank you for a nice stay!

This was my third time staying at this location this year. I was in the area for work. Very convenient to downtown Spearfish and to the interstate to see area attractions. I would stay here again. Clean, comfortable, and at a great price.

Just what I needed!

I was in the area working insurance claims for a recent storm. The hotel prices in the area were very high and I happen to check on Vrbo to see if I could find a place in Spearfish. I found this very reasonably priced in a great location in Spearfish just off exit 12. It was very clean and comfortable for my stay. This was actually my second stay in two weeks at this location.

Extremely DIY project. Super small, terrible couch and bed. Ended up getting a hotel. Didn’t spend more than a few hours there and paid for 2 days.
