Would like to rent it again. The easy access to stores and restaurants was great.

This is a great little house for a person who likes the north valley. The area has everything the heights has but the streets are not as big. It is a quiet middle class neighborhood. There are some cool hens behind the house that cluck around every morning. We couldn't see them due to the fence but enjoyed listening to them. The patio is nice. The house is comfortable and well outfitted. The only thing we lacked was an iron and ironing board. The TV does not have local programming as it is streaming only. Gigi was our primary contact and very pleasant and responsive. I would rent this casa again.
