Enjoy walking into your own bright retreat, all set up with comfortable seating indoors and a furnished balcony out the back door. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable as you rest from beachside adventures. The open kitchen features a French door refrigerator, a stylish tile backsplash, and an extra-long prep island with bar seating. Each bedroom is decorated with its own beach-inspired theme and features a private bathroom entrance or a full en suite bathroom. Don't worry about packing light - the private washer/dryer will take care of everything while you relax. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared heated pool during their stay! Enjoy the public beach access two blocks from the condo (the public beach access to the north tends to be less busy). Archibald Beach Park won't disappoint with the Snack Shack just steps away! The Suncoast Beach Trolley provides easy transportation with daily passes that allow you to ride from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. It has a convenient stop just one block from the condo. CVS, Dollar Store, and Winn Dixie are a five minutes walk. Haze Ice Cream and Amish Creamery are a few steps away. Shak Raw Bar & Grille, The Reef Bar and Grill, Lucky Lizard are a half mile away. Dockside Dave's, Mario's, Caddy's, and Sweet Brewnette are within a mile. THINGS TO KNOW There is an elevator in the building. Beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a beach cart are available for guest use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. 7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This was our 17th annual Sister Siesta for the 6 of us. It was near perfect. The house had a new feeling and was very clean. The location was great for the beach, shopping and eating!

This updated condo was exactly what we were looking for as far as space, location, and amenities. The condo was exactly what the description details and pictures were accurate. It was clean and offered beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and wagon to take to the beach. It was well located with grocery store within a block and beach 2 blocks away with easy access. Great stay for a girls weekend!

Six ladies rented this place which was beautiful. Exactly as stated online. Convenient to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and the beach. We had a great time.

The home was lovely, just as described. :) The area is not the best - we didn't feel comfortable walking around at night. We didn't rent a car upon arrival because we thought we'd be close to many restaurants and activities, but that really wasn't the case.

The property was quite honestly better than what was described on the listing. It was in a very beautiful part of town and is around anything you could ever want to do. Absolutely loved it and enjoyed every second of our stay!

What a great week we had at this beautiful spot ! We found the condo to be brand new in appearance and exceptionally clean. The overall decor is modern with great hardwood floors, lovely lighting and very well laid out . We cooked often in the kitchen, it was well supplied . We used the beach cart to go to the grocery store which was literally one block away. So convenient, we were able to get everything we needed and didn’t even need to rent a car. The beds and linens were wonderful and we especially loved having three gorgeous bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The keyless entry was so nice, any of us could pop up to the room from the pool or beach and get in and out. We felt very safe in this area, we went out every evening and walking back was relaxing and easy. When we did go farther, we used the Free Beach Ride service , which we loved !! Drivers were so helpful and fun. They took us to St Petersburg , John’s Pass, St Pete’s Beach. Some of the best times were on the Hubbard’s sunset cruise( a blast), VIP Mexican ( amazing food and margaritas) and the rooftop of the Cambria for sunsets and a drink .
The beach chairs, cooler and umbrella was perfect , we used them several times and loved our times at Madeira beach. One block away, it was so easy to get to and the beach was lovely. We have Mad Beach Hideaway 5 stars , it was an incredibly fun, relaxing vacation .

Wonderful getaway
Came here with family and friends for birthday and new years celebration, and was great! Very close to the beach, about 5 minute or less walking distance, close to grocery store and restaurants. Very clean and would love to come back to this spot with more family!

The bad in master bedroom is not positioned well. One side is against the wall. It is hard to get on and off. Only basic seasoning, salt and pepper. Found one roll of paper towel, three pods of detergent. Bring your own body wash and shampoo. There is only one day supplies.
