Feedback - The inability to adjust the thermostat was problematic. It was a little warm. Especially the last day/night when the outside temperature reached 78. It was 77 inside. This is too warm for sleeping.

The home was clean and get all our needs! Location in neighborhood are beautiful. Seward Park was a great walk.

This is a beautiful property and great space. However there were ants everywhere, even in the beds. When I notified the owner all they asked for were pictures.
There was also a scooter parked in the space we were to use to park. This made it difficult to park our rental van and get in and out.
When we left I personally gathered all the towels and put into the laundry room. Our family was taking a cruise and we were packed to the brim. Latter they accused us of taking over 9 towels. There was no recourse for us since they just charged my card.
This was a horrible first experience using VRBO!

First things first. When issues arose at this VRBO, the management team swiftly addressed them, but the issues still arose in the first place and we all were disappointed.
#1 Upon arrival at the rental, we discovered that 3 of the 5 bedrooms did not have bedding, mattresses, or bed frames. Some of the closets had dirty linens in them as well. The house was not dirty, but it also was not clean. It looked lived in. The management team was notified around 4-5 pm and the issues were resolved before going to sleep that night.
#2 The kitchen, although extremely nice, had many ants so having a company come and spray for them would have been ideal. It continued to be an issue so no dishes could be left out nor could you cook and hope to have a clean space due to the ants swarming.
#3 Many of the fixtures (toilet paper holders, door knobs, and the like) were loose or inoperable. There were no blackout curtains so the sun would wake you around 5-6 am. No sleeping in was possible due to the amount of light pouring in.
#4 Towards the end of the trip, we requested a late checkout and were granted 2 hours of extra time. However, the cleaning crew showed up at 10:30 am and still chose to clean while we were there limiting the space we were able to occupy.
#5 Lastly, the internet employed by the VRBO was not good. It was out for the majority of the time we were there and on the second to last day of the trip, finally turned back on after reaching out to management.

Super comfy/cozy home in Seattle. We came for a wedding and this place fit our needs and location. Super close to everything. Safe neighborhood and great space.
Beautiful view from the master bedroom upstairs. Loved the bathroom, it was the perfect spot for my daughter and her friends to spread out and get ready.

The home, beds and location are all great. The kitchen cabinets were sticky, need to be wiped down and utensils were very ill-equipped. No towels for the kitchen, just a few crusty, used sponges that you wouldn't want to touch. No washcloths for guests, apartment sized microwave, single serve coffee maker for a home of this size. With a $200.00 investment by the owner for these small items this would become a 4-5 star stay for guests.

very few adequate kitchen supplies for function
(no paper towels, no dishtowels, no trash bags, few kitchen utensils)
unsafe showers - no ada- slippery floor bottoms ; no rails
smokers downstairs smelling outside patio

Convenient to Seward Park but also walking distance (OK, a long walk but feasible if you're in decent shape) to the Rainier Ave commercial district and the light rail. The living room, dining room and deck were spacious enough for us to host meals with other family members who were staying nearby.

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of bedrooms. Very clean and new. Would stay again!

This place did not disappoint. More than enough space for all of us. Very clean and modern. I loved how easy it was to chat back and forth with the host for any questions we had. Location was perfect, right next to beautiful lake Washington and Seward Park with easy access to arterial routes to all the hot spots. We do live in Washington but did the total Seattle tourist thing, hitting the Aquarium, the Space Needle, the Museum of Flight, the Zoo, Pike St Market, Gasworks Park, and even the Freemont Troll 😈

I rented the home for employees working in the area for an accelerated scheduled local installation project.
The home was great. The goal was to provide enough private space and room for the employees time off. And a secure area for their vehicles.
It was a great location.

The property manager was responsive. There is a couple living downstairs that was not disclosed. Separate access doors and locked basement door for no access. A great surprise was an additional full bath, totaling 3 full baths. Pictures were accurate. Beds were a little hard for our liking but still a nice property.
