Bring the whole family to this large home with plenty of room for fun and relaxation. Outside you will find ample room to BBQ, play outdoor games & lounge peacefully in the pool & spa. Inside a fully equipped kitchen is ready for any seasoned chef. The entire family will enjoy a large great room with a shuffle board and games. You can easily walk to the Rose Bowl or take a short drive to Old Town or downtown LA. The 1920s Spanish home with modern day amenities is yours for a memorable vacation. Additionally: EV charger, garage and gated driveway. Large outdoor areas with BBQ, Spa, Pool & fire pits. There are bikes available to ride around town as well as a Peloton, free weights, yoga mats, resistant bands, Bosu ball and additional equipment (Pool is heated from May to October).

We were very comfortable, everything was as described. It was the perfect place for us as we needed to be in Pasadena for a 2 day event mid-week. We felt very much at home and would stay here again. Communication with our host was excellent. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The house was perfect for our Rose Bowl weekend! Larger than I expected from the pictures - was wonderful for my family of 9 adults. Hot tub and patio area were great and we walked to all things related to the parade and the Rose Bowl! Thank you so much!

We were a group of five Cal Football fans attending the last UCLA game. If you are coming to the area for a Rose Bowl event, you couldn't do better than here. Its a bit of a hike back from the Rose Bowl but it isn't far. If you are just visiting the general area, this place is great at well, really easy freeway access.
If you are looking for a place to chill and relax this place has it all. Great outdoor space, We used both the pool and the hot tub.
But the house, oh my goodness it is amazing. Lots of room to stretch out. Lots of amazing personal touches, they had even decorated for Christmas, with a tree and everything.
Kitchen is well stocked, lots of everything. and a great size if you have a group.
Bottom line? I wish we had found this place before our football conference blew up so we'd have more reasons to stay.

Our family had a great visit at this property. The place was spacious, well appointed, and in great shape. The host was responsive and friendly. We especially enjoyed having the easy access to the pool and the comfortable living room. Location was great, too. Nice quiet street with easy access to the Rose Bowl and surrounding areas. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Lovely home. Great for family gathering. Pool, hot tub, great family room, big kitchen table for family meals. Outdoor grills, lots of outdoor seating , two fire tables!
Host was responsive and very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Rose Bowl Casa! The house is lovely and clean, and the backyard space and pool was great! Pool is even bigger than it seemed in the pictures! We had a lot of fun and would highly recommend. Thanks to Mike for being a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful.

We rented the house for a family wedding nearby. There were not many houses that could accommodate our size and also had a pool and we were so fortunate to find and book this house! Pictures are accurate and there is almost nothing you need except food and drinks. Check the fridge and pantry because it is well stocked.
We all loved the pool and hot tub.
Pretty good location. I used the bike one day and biked to rose bowl area.
The peloton did not have a plug in so didn't use it but it's nothing major.

Great house for family. Wonderful backyard. We used the pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ, and the corn hike game! Loved the neighborhood. I would recommend this house.

We had a lovely time in this incredible historic home. As a family of 10 we were staying in Pasadena to attend the Rose Parade our son’s band was performing in. The home was so comfortable, well kept and key to the parade and the Rose Bowl. We had no issues and the large entertainment space meant we could see family and friends we had not seen in years.

Wonderful house for an alumni get together at the Rose Bowl. Very family friendly, lots of room, and walking distance to the Rose Bowl. The house is well equipped with anything you might need. We will definitely look to stay there again.

Check-in and out process was very easy. House is beautiful and much larger than it looks in the pictures. Gated parking for 4 cars plus a car in the garage. Pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor area is lovely. House was very clean and well stocked (including coffee).

The style of the home was classic and spacious for our family. We loved the pool & backyard including the corn-hole game. It was clean & provided so many extras in the kitchen. The neighborhood was wonderful and centrally located for our family.

The grounds of the home are lovely as well — so much so that we hardly wanted to leave the property to tour the area. Michael was a gracious host and we would certainly return to his home if we are in the Pasadena area again!
