Bonus points for being so pet friendly. Nice big backyard for exploring. Roomy parking and very well appointed. The linens and towels were fresh and comfortable. Good quality and comfortable furnishings made for a very cozy stay.

Place was as advertised. Owners were great with communication from start to finish. When we go back again hopefully this place will be available.

Convenient location and really nice.

Overall the house was very clean and lived up to being a home in a seaside town. Being pet friendly was such a bonus! Huge fenced in back yard, with a small wooded area for the dogs to explore, the host was available @ 8am on a sat, defiantly would recommend this to anyone that wants to enjoy time with their family and pets

Great for dog and boat! Secluded fully fenced back yard was perfect for our puppy and the driveway was so nice and wide and easy to back the boat in. Bring your own games and puzzles and other fun things, we only found a cool scrabble version hiding in the closet. Location was definitely on "the other side of the tracks", or river in this case, but still quite convenient, if driving. Neighbors were quiet and friendly even if things looked sketchy. The lot is large, and surrounded on all sides by lots of privacy giving foliage. Overall, a pleasant stay. Really close to a free boat launch.

Nice, comfortable home near beautiful beaches. Very large backyard, great area for the dogs. Multiple RV hookups makes it a unique feature of this property. One of us was working full time and on lots of conference calls so there was a bit of a challenge on finding quiet space to do that. Host were very responsive and outstanding to work with. Also really enjoyed sitting in the front porch.

Very clean and convenient to the boat ramp!

Best place to stay with access to the best beaches. This home was minutes away from Mexico Beach, St. Joe beaches, and our favorite, Cape San Blas, Apalachicola is 30 min away and is always worth visiting for the boutiques and restaurants, The property was clean and we had everything we needed. The hosts were thoughtful in their messaging and responded immediately when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house!. Would def recommend and would stay here again!!
