This is a beautiful home located right on the Savanah river. The house is spacious and well furnished. Each bedroom included a private bath. The enclosed screened porch was wonderful and the pet friendly fenced in back yard was a life saver! We took advantage of the games and TVs and the screened porch. We truly enjoyed our stay! 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the River House. Jack, our host, was very responsive. The location is a short drive or healthy walk to downtown Augusta and North Augusta. The en-suite bathrooms were a plus for our group.

This property was top-notch in every way. Very clean, plenty of seating, kitchen well-equipped with necessary pots & pans for cooking as well as basic spices. The view of the river was fantastic--we only wish it had been warm enough to sit outside. Because this is built into the hillside, this is a multi-story property with many stairs to access the different levels some of which are narrow, as well as single-step changes on the main living floor that transition from living to dining to kitchen with somewhat hard to perceive transitions. This was not a problem for us, but we had to pay careful attention when walking. This might not be the best property for those who have small children or adults who are not so steady on their feet. The location was fantastic--a quiet street that was just a few minutes drive from downtown, AU, the ballpark, etc. with easy access to the walking path along the river.

Great house, excellent location We would come back again

The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with, he responded immediately to any message sent to him. When we arrived we had a small issue, but the situation was resolved very quickly. It is a perfect house for a group of people that need their own bedrooms and bathrooms, we had two couples and then two singles. We will definitely rent this house again when we are back in Augusta.

Very spacious and accommodating

This property was hands down one of the best that augusta has to offer. It's close.... walking distance from downtown and very spacious. The owner is amazing and so helpful. I will definitely book again without any hesitation

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great river views from the master bedrooms and living areas. Modern and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Convenient to Broad St restaurants and shops and to Riverwalk.

We were in Augusta for a family wedding and the house was perfect way for us to spend time together over the weekend. Owner was very responsive and flexible which was greatly appreciated!

We had a great stay and loved that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The view of the river is great. The house has 3 floors with one staircase being somewhat uneven (decorative stone stairs to the bottom floor), plus a step into the dining room, so it might be a challenge for people with mobility issues or uneven footing.

The pictures does not do this property justice! Lovely, clean home with fantastic view on the water. Plenty of TVs all with Roku. Awesome place to have a get together. The host is extremely friendly and always responds in a timely fashion. You won’t regret staying!

This was such a gem - we had 6 golfing ladies in Augusta for a golf tournament. Bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds. Views from the patio were great! Bathrooms were roomy and updated - lots of space to store your "things". Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely reccommend!

John was super helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. Location is perfect for masters about 10min drive and you can walk or short drive to downtown Augusta. Nice setting right on the river and pictures are true to the house. Plenty of space for our group of 4 to relax. Would stay again.
