Bedroom 1 Large Main bedroom contains a King bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower. There is also a sitting area and direct pool & spa access through the sliding door. Bedroom 2 Queen bed, with closet and sitting area. There is a hallway bathroom with shower, in addition to the half bathroom in the billiard room. A fold-out couch in the billiard room creates a queen sized sleeper for additional guests. Kitchen: Oversized Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including: Ceramic cooktop, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a Nespresso machine, Drip coffee maker, Keurig machine and French press. Sub Zero refrigerator & freezer is equipped with Brita filter. Living Areas: The TV's are Roku enabled & Marshall Bluetooth speaker provided. Outdoors: Fire pit and dining area with hammock available on back patio. Please bring your own firewood. We provide a tank for the propane grill. Pool and spa available year-round and services twice a week. Locations - front door, driveway, trash gate. Tampering or disabling the cameras during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of reservation without reimbursement. - We do not allow 3rd-party booking. Guest at the property must be the same as stated on the reservation. ID verification is required. - We do not allow animals - While we try to ensure that all listed amenities are available during your stay, unforeseen circumstances may prevent this. In this event, we will refund $50 per night for the duration of the issue. - Absolutely do not flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. No flushable wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc.
