This residence is on the Pinnacle level (5th floor) of the building and offers two story penthouse living along with the best location and views at the whole resort. Enjoy your own private hot tub and ski slope views from the deck. Purgatory Lodge contains Durango Mountain Resort's premium amenities including ski lockers, outdoor heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout facility, and family game room adjacent to a private restaurant and bar located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. Note there is no access to the Pinnacle Lounge on the 5th floor. There are 2 assigned parking spots (tandem) in the heated garage on the 1st floor of the building. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
