This beautiful first floor condo features two master suites and sits just steps from the year-round heated pool/hot tub, gas grill and fire pit! NOTE: The pool/spa will be closed for resurfacing from May 28 - July 5. We have two brand new leather love seats and one comfy recliner so you can enjoy the flat screen TV in the large great room. It is so comfy, you may not want to stroll out to the pool...but you should! This is our fourth unit in this building at this peaceful condo resort because we think it is the very best location in the complex. Flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, high speed internet (even reaches you at the pool!), 2 king sized beds, and everything you need to cook up a storm in the kitchen. Located in a really lovely, quiet complex in Oro Valley, that is close to miles of hiking and biking trails, many golf courses nearby, shopping, dining and gorgeous views all around. Rest assured that you will not go wrong booking with us - we are three siblings that take pride in taking care of these units ourselves. We want to make your stay easy and enjoyable from booking to check-out. You will find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful desert get-away, so just pack your swim suit or golf clubs, and start enjoying your stay! Absolutely clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Is everything I expected and definitely five star. Parking is covered and right outside of the unit. I hope to stay here again on a future visit to Tucson.

A comfortable, attractive condo in a terrific location. We love being 11 minutes from Catalina State Parks hiking trails.
The 4…or was it 5 TV remotes had us stumped for awhile, but a few calls to Steve helped us figure it out. It had Roku and Netflix if we set it up. Since we had 5 days of rain( in the desert!) TV was essential!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo!! Condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and the pool/hot tub and location were perfect! Communication with the owners was excellent, check in a breeze, and the complex was very quiet. We will definitely be back!

My husband, 22 year old daughter, and I had a wonderful time at this Oro Valley Condo. Communication and instructions were great. Check in flawless and stress free. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the 3 of us and would also be comfortable for 4 people. The patio looks out at the pool and hot tub area, but is far enough away that it was super quiet. We never heard anyone at the pool while we were in the condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and had everything we needed. There were lots of really soft bath towels - way more than we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable - and I am picky about this. I slept great. We chose this location because we wanted to hike and enjoy nature in the Tuscan area. This condo is super close to the main hiking areas we wanted to visit. Additionally, the property is next to a nature preserve which has 6.2 miles of paved trails. It was a great place to go for a walk on our days off from hiking. We were there during a cold spell, but the pool and hot tub are heated year round, so we were able to still use them everyday. The condo is close to some really good restaurants. All in all, I would definitely stay at this Oro Valley condo again - in fact we tried to book another stay, but this unit was already booked during the week we requested. Next time we will plan further ahead!

Our experience at this VRBO was outstanding, the best we've had with any rentals! From start to finish, the owners were friendly, professional, flexible, and accommodating. The home is in an ideal location for recreation, shops, hiking, and views. It's clean, quiet, and has a warm and comforting feel - like home! Condo is clean, had everything we needed and the property is well maintained. Kids loved the pool which is heated so usable in late November.

My Husband treated me to a few nights away for my birthday and this was such a sweet spot to get away from it all. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool and hot tub are literally steps away and we enjoyed relaxing in both. Because it was pretty hot out, we took a quick trip to Colossal Cave which is about an hour south - 70 degrees year round....and it was so nice to come back to the cool, peaceful condo after an afternoon climbing through a cave! Thank you to the hosts for your outstanding communication and we are grateful to you for offering such a nice getaway option. We plan return in the future!

We recently stayed in this comfortable and wonderfully equipped condo The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. You could easily cook meals there but we just used the keurig. Communication was easy and the check out was simple. A great stay!

I rented this unit for my parents that were visiting from Wisconsin. It was absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean, quiet and in a nice part of the building that was close to pool and clubhouse, but not noisy at all. My parents loved everything about the rental and are already planning their next trip. It’s is located in best part of Oro Valley and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The property owner is extremely timely with responses and was a pleasure to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend renting this vacation rental. It’s beautiful, clean and has nice comfortable furnishings.

The location was about 45 min north of the airport and downtown. Also, a good drive to the west side of the National Park. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend golf getaway with our friends. The hot tub was huge and so close to the back door. The area around the condo had wonderful walking paths, even an old golf course cart path! We loved the condo, but it was quite a drive to where we wanted to visit.

Wonderfully clean unit with two ensuites! Perfect for our little gathering of family for a reunited Christmas. Kitchen well stocked for all our cooking needs and the TV was connected to a plethora of streaming services. Literally steps away from the hot tub, which also got much use! Thank you!

The property was as expected, from photos. Many nice, well thought out and welcoming touches. As a couple we enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and lots of towels. My one tiny recommendation would be to add one larger pot/saucepan, as we couldn’t really cook a pot of rice in the small saucepan and the next pot was huge. Very minor.
The pool was very nice, and steps from our door. We used it almost daily.
The stay was very easy - getting in, the greeting (and Hersheys kisses, nice touch) we felt like the place was home.
