Visit our gorgeous five bedrooms, three-bathroom home that is designer decorated and completely remodeled from the inside out! Everything new as of Jan 2022 The home is two stories. There are four Cal-King master bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The three upstairs cal-king masters share a hallway bathroom. The remaining bedroom is a queen bed on the main floor with access to the downstairs hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have 47'' LCD TVs. The bathrooms are all upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the home. Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating in the kitchen nook. There is also a separate family room so kids and parents can have their own space. Main Living Room has a 60' TV w/DVD player and basic cable. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. A full-size washer and dryer are in the home. In addition, the house has Central Air & Heat. The couches have pullout mattresses. The home has patio seating with a grill to enjoy the outdoors. Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee, pool heated to 82 This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night Minimum Rental No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Outdoor security cameras protect the house. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. *All Major credit cards & are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. We had a wonderful stay at property #44. Pulling up to the home the neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the home itself was beautiful. When we entered the property it was nice and clean with a lit Christmas tree in the living room! It was perfect for our Disney Christmas trip! The kids had a blast swimming in the heated pool and then playing ping pong and pool in the garage afterwards! I would definitely recommend this property and we will be booking again in the future!

The house is totally outfitted and in a nice, quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed evening walks. We had 7 adults and one 4 year old. There was plenty of room for us all to stretch out and nice common areas to congregate and enjoy our family. Anything we needed was nearby, including Disneyland. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Gathering three branches of our family for a week, due to a high school reunion and an opportunity to visit the area where the family grew up. Sure beat getting 4-5 hotel rooms. We were able to enjoy everyone’s company, play in the pool, have game nights at the table and come and go to events as we pleased. It was awesome and the management group that handled the place did a great job.

The home was perfect. The pool was a delight especially since we had little ones and there was an alarm if they left the house toward the pool. Close to shopping restaurants and Disneyland. Overall great!

Perfect home for our family while on our first trip to Disney. Management was always prompt with any questions we had and when we needed assistance. Ms. Ladonna and Ms. Carolyn are so kind! The house is super updated and clean! The city of Orange do have super strict ordinances, but that didn’t affect our group. We had three families, and still had unoccupied rooms. There are plenty of beds in the home, however, city limits this beautiful home to 12. I can see it being an issue with larger groups. We did like that some of the city ordinance included quiet time, made the area feel extremely safe for our kiddos. Keeping this property in the books as a GO TO for Disney visits. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The home was very nice, exactly as shown in the photo. The location was close to shopping so that we can pick up any missing essentials. Easy drive to Disneyland and Universal Studios. Check out was a piece of cake. Ladonna and the other management were quick to respond and very friendly to work with. Perfect stay, no complaints and will definitely book again if in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable, clean and convenient home. Our family was spending a couple of days visiting Disneyland, and this house was the perfect place for my wife and I and our two teenagers to rest and relax between visits. The home is spacious - we used only 3 of the five available bedrooms - and very well equipped. The modern kitchen was great for meals (when we weren’t out with Mickey and Friends), the bathrooms were large and nicely appointed, and we loved the pool and deck area for extra relax time. The house was exceptionally clean, check-in was a snap, and our hosts were very responsive. We couldn’t recommend this home more highly for a family visiting Disneyland or the Anaheim/Orange area, and will definitely consider it for our next visit.

This is a very nice house. I would totally stay again. Neighborhood was quiet, house was big. If you have small kids this house has everything there which is great. None of the TVs worked (they all need updates and you need original remotes to do it, which were not there). Also, the WiFi information was nowhere to be found. Both things we really did not need so it was no big deal, but they should probably fix that as some people could be very upset. Looks like the deposit will take over 2 weeks to get back which seems a bit ridiculous but that is what it is too. Overall a great house. Be prepared to be asked to wash your own towels (also pretty weird).

We had a good stay at this property. Everything was decorated nicely and the layout was cool. The master bedroom was spacious but the doors leading in kept swinging open. It was different but not that big of a deal. The location was great with a lot of food options around. Heads up though - it is a trek from the city. But overall, I liked this house.

This host was great with communication and the house worked out perfect for us. It was very clean, plenty of towels provided, we enjoyed the pool as well as grilling out by the pool. The location is very convenient to get in and out anywhere you want to go especially to the airport and the Angels stadium. I would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the area.

This home worked out fantastic for our family. We all enjoyed the heated pool! My son and I used the pool table and ping pong table. The property manager Caroline was responsive to my requests to extend our stay on short notice. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs which was wonderful as we prepared most meals at our temporary home. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was only 5 minutes from Hwy #55. All and all a very nice stay and I can see us returning at some point.

Five brothers and sisters stayed for 3 days. The property was as described. Had an issue with the AC on arrival but had great communication with the property manager and was working the next day. Pool was an added plus and very relaxing. Kitchen had all we needed for some great meals.

My family and I enjoyed this house so much I couldn’t have asked for a better home for us to stay in while vacationing in California. The beds are super comfortable, the layout of the home is amazing and the kids loved the pool. I hate cold water and enjoyed the heated pool. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house and I would love to stay again in the future.

This was a beautiful home with lots of space. The layout of the house was exceptional. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The back patio area was comfortable and private. The rooms were large with all necessities included. The property manager was responsive. The location was perfect for getting to Disneyland quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
