Do not rent this house unless you have proof (like a bill from the plumber who crawled under the house to fix it) that they fixed the sewage leak that is collecting in the crawlspace under the house. The back of the house smelled like raw sewage the entire time we were at this house. My husband is a master plumber and he knows what raw sewage smells like. When a Vacasa employee came to work on the tile in the master bath, they taped plastic over the hole in the tile. The sewage smell faded enough that we could smell the mold smell that is in the master bath and master bedroom. So do not rent this house if the person sleeping in the master bedroom is allergic to mold, as my husband and I are. It was a miserable experience and the owners are obviously aware of the odor problems because I have never seen a house with so many air fresheners in it. There was an entire drawer in the kitchen devoted to plug-in air freshener parts. Also twice during our stay a work man appeared at the front door unannounced and wanted access. We denied and called Vacasa and told them we wanted warning if one of their employees wanted access. After that they didn't call again and came into the house when we were not at home. This is my first rental managed by Vacasa and judging by this experience I hope it will be my last. There were also safety issues with the furniture on the back porch. Three chairs are unable to support a person sitting in them, yet they leave them set up with cushions on them, inviting you to go crashing to the floor when you try to sit down. There are also three safety issues with the decking around the house. 1) a rotten board in the front walk that my foot when through when we were moving into the house. 2) A severely warped board in the back deck that is a tripping hazard. 3) One of the steps leading the dock in the backyard is loose, also a tripping hazard, that I trip on the first time I walked to the dock.

The fridge was broken. Repair man came 2X but it was not fixed. We lost a lot of food(over $200)and had to eat out EVERY MEAL. Very expensive.

Perfect for our group of guys who go fishing each year. Had plenty of space for us. Close to where we wanted to go but quite enough for a good night sleep. Great back deck area going right up to water. Will definitely stay again.

House is very spacious and we liked having two living rooms. Back screened porch was perfect for hanging out while kids out kyacking. Also loved the keycode entry. Didnt have to go out of the way to get keys for check in or keep track of them. We had a very relaxing time. Will be back next year for sure.

I got married and my wedding party and myself stayed here. The wedding was at the yacht club and this house was super close to it. The master suite is amazing. This house exceeded our expectations!
