Nestled in Cruz Bay, this attractive house for $641 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Starstruck Villa sits atop Gifft Hill giving its guests some of the best views of the island’s marvelous sunsets, rolling emerald hillsides and sparkling azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. There are four master suites, each with A/C, a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathrooms and large walk-in showers. The gourmet open-air kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Grill out by the courtyard pool during the day and unwind in the 8-person hot tub and stargaze at night. The villa is conveniently located 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. Tucked away in the luscious tropical landscape of Gifft Hill, Starstruck Villa is a two-story Mediterranean-style chateau that combines the luxuries of a five-star hotel with the privacy and comforts of home. Starstruck Villa has four generously-sized master suites. Each suite includes: an A/C unit, queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with granite counters, double vanities, and a large walk-in shower with a view of the ocean. The rooms open onto a broad terrace that has a dazzling 180-degree view of the Caribbean Sea and the island of St. Thomas. With its lofty cathedral ceiling, the great room was designed to take advantage of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle the Caribbean is famous for. Arching glass doors allow guests a panoramic ocean view and can be opened onto the veranda to better enjoy the mountain breeze. The room is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating and formal dining for eight. The great room features a 65” Polaroid 4K HDTV with DISH and surround sound stereo. The modern gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar for casual meals. There’s a formal dining table that seats eight, but the tables on the covered veranda overlooking the sea are ideal for twilight dinners over candlelight. The charming courtyard with a pool is a refreshing oasis on hot days. The shaded poolside bar includes a professional grill, we bar with refrigerator and table seating for eight -- perfect for an al-fresco happy hour! A ½ bathroom is conveniently located poolside next to the wet bar. When the stars come out, the best seat in the house is the raised deck with the 8-person spa. The magnificent vista overlooks The Westin, Cruz Bay and St. Thomas. On clear days, Culebra and Vieques can be seen over 40 miles away! The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. All items are old, worn and barely usable. No comfort. Rooms are spacious - all curtains in all rooms fell and hanging. No TLC has ever been given to this place.

From the get-go, the property manager was super helpful in meeting us at the Jeep rental facility and leading us to the house. He provided us with all the information we needed.
Rooms: AC is wonderful in the rooms. There really is no room with a bad view.
Pool: We were in the pool every day. Loved it!
Kitchen: If you need it, they probably have it. We had groceries delivered ahead of time from Starfish market. They were put away and everything. It was a nice touch. One or two burners gave us a hard time. They delivered us a new propane tank for the grill which was nice. The icemaker in the freezer will get you about 3 cubes per hour. Buy a few bags.
Hot tub: the hot tub would have been such an awesome hang out spot at night with so many stars in the sky. Unfortunately, the chemicals were so strong, we couldn't sit in it very long/at all. We didn't mention this because there were so many other features of the house we enjoyed.
Bugs: definitely bring spray and citronella candles/incense. The skeeters will definitely get you if you don't have these things.
Views: I mean... I don't see how it gets any better. Each morning we had coffee and looked at the iguanas living up in the trees. The views are breathtaking. The sunsets are unreal. We had a private chef come to make dinner one night and it was absolutely perfect.
I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone/everyone.

Overall the house was good for families but the checkin process was not easy. We spent several hours looking for the place. Also, the property is showing its age and we had to duck tape a screen to the door so the child would stop getting bitten by bugs. A few upgrades to the place would be welcome along with the steepness of the entrance to the location. We noticed the menu's and information book was outdated by a few year so we added maps and any menu's of restaurants we frequented so the information was more accurate. A note about the water for the showers being cold would also be a nice touch fot those people expecting a hot shower...they will not find it at the location easily. A note about the bugs would also help people staying at the location to be prepared for the multitude of biting bugs.
We also found that a few outlets did not work, the wi-fi was spotty and we had to change our own lightbulbs on both decks so we could see going to our rooms at night. The house was well appointed in the kitchen for families looking to make meals at home and the outdoor..COLD shower was welcome to rinse off after a day at the beach. FYI the chairs around the pool have seen their better day and over half of them had ripped canvas from the sun that was not useable for fear of injury. The furniture, although well appointed was ripped in the living room and most bedrooms and will either need replacement or maintenance. The beach towels in each room was a welcome touch! Communication was great. Advice on jeep rental and grocery store we’re spot on. House was as advertised. Kids loved having their own private suite. Location is close enough to everything you need. We will definitely be back and we recommend Starstruck for families.

This was a magnificent house. We all loved the porches and the water views! The pool was refreshing. The amenities and supplies were organized. There were many activities on St. John related to water and gorgeous beaches.

The design of this home worked well for our family providing everyone with their own bathroom and wonderful view. The home created an environment with both private spaces and beautiful well appointed shared spaces. The home has everything you need/want including well stocked kitchen, blue tooth speakers, flashlights and many other nice touches. Eric from the property management company was our hero! They are very responsive.

This is our 5th trip and this by far was our favorite place! We will definitely be back! The location is perfect, the property had zero issues. We were escorted up to Gifft Hill by Eric, he was super helpful and showed us the property. They provided us snacks from North Shore deli- really awesome touch after a long day of travel. The views are gorgeous- and the sunsets off the balcony were breathtaking. The location is perfectly located in between Cruz Bay, beaches, Windmill bar, and a shorter drive to coral bay. The driveway has a turn around spot making driving it a breeze- a true luxury in st john! We are already planning our next stay at this great property.

Everything about this place was legit and as advertised. Each of our 4 couples had private quarters (with its own bath). The shared common area was stocked with everything needed and we cooked many meals. The only issue we had was GPS.
Google Maps and Waze could not locate the house, so after they drive you in make sure to pin it on your app. I neglected to do this the 1st night, went to the grocery after dark and drove around about an hour before finding my way back (which I could have called for help but enjoyed the night island tour)

Place was great. Easy to cook and bbq. Beach chairs, snorkel gear and cooler were really nice to have also.
Only a few small issues: no hot water in one bedroom, 2 burners on stove did not work and kitchen sink disposal wasn’t working.

This is the fourth time my wife and I have been to St John in the last two years and our fourth different property. From now on, we will be looking to book only this home as it is perfect and has everything we need. This time we brought two other couples with us. The home is located a short drive from downtown Cruz Bay. The drive is pretty easy which is a good thing since the roads on this island can be tricky. The house has a pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area with grill, two large balconies, and four master bedroom suites with their own full baths (also an outdoor shower/bathroom by the pool). The central area has a kitchen, dining room, living room with modern amenities. This is all before you go outside and see the absolutely beautiful view this home has. The check in and check out processes were extremely easy. I cannot wait to go back and stay at this home and bring more friends!

This place is beautiful the listing does a great job of showing off the property and it’s very accurate. So comfortable for our family of older teens to each have their own master suite. A luxury they really enjoyed as they all share a bathroom in “real life”. Not hard to get to, and I appreciated the management guiding me in and introducing me the first day when we arrived. After you find it once it’s easy to reach. Perfect for us, probably not perfect if you need to find your way home after excessive bar hopping, but that’s not what we were there for. The only change I would make is maybe make a way to have some privacy in the bedrooms, a curtain or some shades to pull over the door. As it is there’s no way to keep someone else in the family from walking right up and looking in. Sometimes parents would like a minute alone in their romantic hilltop villa in the Caribbean.

If you are even so much thinking about booking this property, do yourself a favor and DO IT!! This villa is one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed and even the photos do not do it justice. The owners and property managers go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is the best that it can be! They have great recommendations and know so much about the island. The one drawback to the villa is that you must essentially travel everywhere via car/taxi, but that is the price you pay for that amazing view! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and will definitely be telling friends & family to stay here in the future.

Could not have been better. Everything was exactly as advertised. They even had beach chairs, & coolers for us to use. Property Wes easy to get to. The view was amazing, & the layout was perfect. Many outdoors gathering areas, & inside family area flows perfectly for large groups.

This place is really nice for a larger group or family. The layout gives everyone privacy and their own bath which is nice. Beautiful sunset views, the balcony was perfect for cocktails before heading into town for dinner. A little further away from town than we’d prefer, but that’s the trade off for getting those higher views. Worth it!

It looks exactly like the pictures. The pool was great, views were absolutely incredible, full kitchen, hot tub was also great. Each bedroom is air conditioned and the bedroom AC units all worked great. It's very close to town and very private without feeling too far away from everything. James checked in with me throughout my stay to be sure we were all sorted. This is a great spot and I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Views
Loved all the windows and doors opening up to those amazing views! We kept them open at night to sleep to the music of the frogs. The screens worked well. We will be back with Friends 😊.
