Sleeps up to 17 easily with 1 King and a Twin sofa bed in the master, 2 Queens in bedroom 2 (located on first floor living area), 4 Twins (built-in bunks) & Twin sofa bed in bedroom 3, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in bedroom 4 and a Full sofa sleeper in the living room. Only 100 yards from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It's the perfect place to find yourself at the end of a sun-soaked day at the beach or the pool. There's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the home and an electronic game table for two in the bunk room - includes Ms Pac Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong and Galaga! The dining room table seats 10. The home has an enclosed garage as well and offers a ping pong table. The owner has thoughtfully provided a beach wagon full of sand toys for one and all to enjoy! The open yard area in the back of the home is a perfect place to play some ladder ball and bean bag toss. This home has everything you need and then some! We loved the house and the location. Just wish it had a heated pool for the grands. Sorry so long getting back with you came home and a week later developed RSV. Also my husband thinks he left some shoes in the up stars master bedroom. Anyone find these?

This was first time traveling with full family and it’s harder for my dad to walk or sit for long periods of time and he was worried about this trip. As soon as he arrived on property and looked around he said “let’s go again next year”. Haha. It was an easy walk to the beach, we had 6 kids of various ages, 13 people total and everyone could easily go back and forth to beach,pool, or house for naps, lunch, etc. The days would be beach all morning, pool, then cook and eat dinner, and then when kids went to bed my siblings would have ping pong tournaments. Blue Angels nearby was an easy drive and fuk time as well, and there’s about a 6 minute drive to restaurants, shops. House was well kept, everything worked great, and plenty of towels, extra blankets for comfort. We’re already thinking about booking for next year! Thanks for a memorable vacation.

This home was absolutely perfect. We were celebrating my 40th and friends from all over the country flew in, and this house could not have been more accommodating. The customer service was fantastic from the moment we checked in. The house was so clean and welcoming. I loved all of the seating in the living room that allowed for all of us to hang out. We had amazing weather, so didn’t take advantage of the ping pong table and pool table, but that would be great for a rainy day! I can’t say enough great things and would definitely stay here again!

House was as advertised. Location to beach was a little further than expected. No real view of gulf. House has no elevator or ramp. This made it difficult for older/handicapped people to enter. Many beach items such as floats, toys, boogie boards, chairs available for use. No need to purchase and bring. Could use a crock pot or two and an electric griddle would have been nice. There are 4 blenders. Plenty of pots and pans and other dishes for use. Both key rig and regular coffee maker was nice. Loved bunk room. Beds are large and sturdy. Sleeper loveseat in bunk room as well as sleeper loveseat in master does not sleep well. Head portion falls lower than foot portion on both. Access to Very nice balcony off bunk room however made us a little uneasy since the children were in that room. Other bedrooms and both upstairs bathrooms very nice and roomy. Laundry room was nice as was downstairs half bath. Bathroom door does not lock however. Tile on main level very slick when wet. Would recommend some non slip rugs. Patio off kitchen very nice. Plenty of furniture and nice big outdoor table. Pool and pool patio very nice. Grill available but out of propane. Indoor game area very nice especially on rainy days. Overall nice place
