Boasting a furnished deck and an upper-level balcony with majestic mountain views, a sunken living area with a wood-burning fireplace, and a 75” flatscreen TV surrounded by leather recliners, coming home from the great outdoors will be nothing short of relaxing! Whip up something delicious in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine together at the pub-height table for two - great for rainy day board games! Things to Know Free high-speed WiFi There is an active Ring camera at the doorway. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Security camera details: Ring camera at the doorway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This unit was not inviting and looked very rundown from the outside. The first impression was bad and the inside was not any better. It smelled of smoke, mustiness, and generally just smelled “old” and dirty. Our asthmatic guest could not stay with us in this unit. The layout is weird and chopped up. Shower in one bathroom was nonfunctional. Needless to say, this condo was definitely a smudge on our weekend. We were in town for my sons wedding and SOOO disappointed in these accommodations 😫

This was our first time renting a house (instead of our usual hotels) and it was such a wonderful experience. When we travel we are hardly ever spend time in our accommodations and this time we were actually a little upset that we couldn't spend more time here. This was a great fit for our needs as it was for a family of four plus we brought a friend along for each of our kids. It was great for them to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of space for all of us. Absolutely wonderful views all around too.
There were a few things that weren't in the description. You do have 2 covered parking spaces but you will not be able pull in if you have a roof cargo box on an SUV. I figured that was the case from the pictures but just in case someone wants to know. The living area is large and such a great place for everyone to hang out. The selection on the TV was pretty big. The one thing that is not mentioned here (and we didn't catch in the pics) is that it has a very nice massage chair. That thing sure was popular and nice to have after a day on the slopes. The place also had a large humidifier which I'm glad we found because we almost went out and bought one. It also had a washer and dryer.
The kitchen was very well-stocked. We made 3 big meals during our stay and never felt like we were missing anything. The picture shows that they have a Keurig, which is what we used, but it also had a regular coffee maker, if that's more your style.
Overall, this place was wonderful. It was a great location to get to everything around it. We mainly would go to Keystone and that was about a 17 minute drive to River Run parking lot. There is a lot of shopping, entertaining, and dining close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great comfy, quirky place!

We had such an amazing time . There was 5 adults and 2 children . We spent the days at Breckinridge, snow tubing at Carter Park , riding the Gondola up to the top to watch the skiers , outlets in Silverthorne and the Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory . Then come to this beautiful cabin feeling home to relax . The home was filled with phone chargers , Alexa devices for music , huge tv with xfinity cable and WI-FI plenty of linens and blankets . Well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need . We couldn’t have enjoyed it more . We hope to come back .

Perfect family getaway for the mountains

We spent the days at Breckinridge, snow tubing at Carter Park , riding the Gondola up to the top to watch the skiers , outlets in Silverthorne and the Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory . Then come to this beautiful cabin feeling home to relax . The home was filled with phone chargers , Alexa devices for music , huge tv with xfinity cable and WI-FI plenty of linens and blankets . Well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need . We couldn’t have enjoyed it more . We hope to come back .

First off, there is a washer/dryer in the unit but if you ask Vacasa they will tell you there is not one. There are also hair dryers in the unit along with wireless chargers, vornado or tower fans in the bedrooms, great blankets, comfy comforters, extra throw blankets in the living room, and many other nice amenities not listed. The condo itself was extremely clean and well taken care of. Plus, the unit was much bigger than we were anticipating. We had 3 adults and 4 teenagers and had plenty of room to cuddle up in the living room to watch movies and relax at night. The condo is super close to town and an easy drive to anywhere you would like to go. Keystone, Breck, Copper, and Vail are all within 30 minutes at the furthest. I really cannot say enough good things about our stay and we hope to stay there again.
