With the Atlantic Ocean right in your backyard, it’s hard to imagine a more ideal location than Dreamview. Family reunions, gatherings with friends, or a couple of families sharing a vacation home will all be delighted with everything Dreamview has to offer. Best of all, with its fenced-in yard, even your pets are welcome! When you drive up to Dreamview you’ll be pleased to discover you have two garages, so your cars stay out of the elements during your stay. In all, there is parking for up to six vehicles at the beach house. Additionally, the garage is where you’ll find the washer and dryer at Dreamview. No need to spend precious vacation time trekking out to a laundromat! You can walk in on the first floor, or come around to the ocean side, and take the stairs up to your sprawling deck overlooking the ocean. Your main living area is on the upper floor with bedrooms and a sitting area on the lower level. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this property. The house was clean and everything functioned perfectly in the kitchen area. It was a very roomy living room, dining room, and kitchen. The view was perfect on the deck. The only issue was the TV. We had no cable but had Roku to watch. We will be booking here again.

Property has amazing beachfront views, small fenced in yard which is ideal for the dogs. The location of this property is great. Publix is about a 2 min drive- downtown St. Augustine was about 10-15 min drive. The Beach is dog friendly. The house was big enough where everyone had their own space. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the covered deck. The AC worked just fine and the house does provide some beach chairs. When I previously contacted the rental they told me they do not provide beach chairs so I had to bring my own. Come to find they did have beach chairs in the garage. Now for the cons- the unit needs an upgrade on the kitchen especially the countertop stove and oven. It is completely outdated and the oven did not work that well. The lighting in the unit is very dim and perhaps needs new stronger lighting. The bathroom shower ( very outdated) should also be changed. Also noticed during the downpour of rain while the deck was getting soaked with rain, water leaked through the walls inside of the unit ( might want to really get that looked at) AND please replace that grill as much as we enjoyed ourselves we couldn’t really grill anything. It’s very rusted ( maybe a grill cover would be useful)These are just suggestions to perhaps improve future rentals. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay and would consider renting again once those issues have been addressed.

The location is fantastic! The beach outside your door. The large covered deck is the best. Early morning risers can watch the sun rise. The only downside is I was hoping to do some grilling but the grill was so rusted it seemed dangerous. Overall a great location.

Most relaxing and serene setting. After 6pm and before 8am you pretty much have the beach to yourself. Just so incredibly calming. Property exactly as described, could not be more satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very cute and decorated well. We loved that our dog could come with us and the fenced in yard was great for him. I also appreciated the gate at the top of the stairs inside to keep our dog and our toddler upstairs. The beach is perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

We were extremely happy with the layout of the house. There are a lot of stairs, but luckily that wasn't an issue. The house was clean enough although we did encounter a few palmetto bugs and one lizard we named Auggie, but thats to be expected that close to the ocean, so we had no issue with it at all.
The beds were super comfortable and plenty of pillows. The property managers and maintenance were great. They were all very informative about the Hirricane coming in, and called us to give us updates and assure us that we were safe to stay if we wanted to.
The hurricane was tense and scary. Luckily the neighbors were super helpful as well. The house kept us safe, and we were extremely grateful.
All in all, we had a great time. We hope to stay at the house again next year.

This place was an excellent location to great restaurants, downtown St Augustine and a Publix grocery a half mile down the road. The views were excellent and we loved the fire pit at nights and being right on the beach. The house and floor plan had everything we needed for our family and our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed this home with its covered deck and magnificent views and location to all we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is very large with plenty of space for everyone. We mostly hung out upstairs in the evenings as a family so it would have been nice to have additional seating but we made do. The bedrooms are very large and spacious, as are the bathrooms. The AC doesn’t get super cold downstairs but it was tolerable. We loved being right on the beach even though the steps were washed away to get down with ease. Nice fire pit and yard! This is definitely on our list for renting again if we come back to the area!!

This was our second visit to this property! My only 2 complaints is it needs silverware and be careful, the over rack doesn't fit, so it will fall. Almost lost a whole cassarole! Please repair that issue!
Would go back again for sure!

We loved how close this property is to the beach, you just can’t beat it! The covered back porch was nice from midday on, shady and breezy. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs. Only downsides would be that bathroom and kitchen are in need of updates and some extra cleaning is needed. The last couple of days we saw several bugs and some areas needed a bit more work.

Ceiling fans to either turn light off or on or adjust. My husband 6’1”. He was on a chair and could reach but not in living room.
We were there a week. Had most everything we needed but we were aware to bring extra items for personal use. Beach private for most part. Beautiful sunrises. Then shady on deck by noon.
Short trip over bridge to St Augustine. Good restaurants close by at Vilano. Cap’s on the Water - always crowded. Go early.
We live in Florida , only a couple hours from Vilano. It was a pleasant get away.
Be prepared for your stair work. Stairs to upper level and outside stairs to deck. Didn’t bother us too much. Some, it may.

Downstairs guest rooms have awesome view of rising sun with no blackout blinds. We are rebooking in future to finish seeing St Augustine and Vilano beach. Dreamview is easy to find and nice fenced backyard for dogs. We celebrated our dogs 6th birthday and she demands to come back.

Overall, we'd come back albeit, better prepped.

Cockroaches Everywhere
This property is manifested by roaches. There were dead/ alive roaches all over the house. Windows and doors were so dirty we couldn’t see the ocean. Smell in the kitchen cabinets was terrible. This property shouldn’t be rented out to families. Bathrooms were dirty and barely functional. This house should be removed from Verbo.

The beach is just steps away from house with a wide area for the family to have fun in the sun, picnic or fly a kite. Oh, you can also get in the water.
A grocery store is just minutes from the house and a gas station is within a minute. Downtown St. Augustine is just 5 minutes away plenty of restaurants in the area and historically this is one place I can always enjoy.

The beach is just steps away from house with a wide area for the family to have fun in the sun, picnic or fly a kite. Oh, you can also get in the water.
A grocery store is just minutes from the house and a gas station is within a minute. Downtown St. Augustine is just 5 minutes away plenty of restaurants in the area and historically this is one place I can always enjoy.
