Aside from being perched in the heart of Bethany Beach, you won't have to go far from home base to have endless fun in the sun at the on-site pool, tanning deck, and sandy beach mere steps away. Any downtime spent indoors will be a treat as well with stylish decor, comfortable furnishings, and all of the modern conveniences needed for a memorable stay. This layout is perfect for entertaining, as the living area, full kitchen, and dining area all mesh together to let everyone mingle while the chef of the group prepares tasty snacks. Best of all, endless sunsets can be viewed from the wraparound balcony as you sip a favorite cocktail in the cool breeze. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This was a girlfriends trip to the beach. The unit was nicely furnished and we felt right at home from the start. The view of the beach and ocean was so beautiful that getting up early to watch the sunrise was a real treat. Plenty of restaurants nearby with friendly wait staff and some interesting shopping at The Country Store. We had an excellent time and hope to be repeat renters.

Great ocean views. The condo was super clean and this is the most important on my list. Loved the decorations and beach theme. Please add a full size couch, the print of the love seats were beautiful but it needs to be full size. I would take away the small table and chairs, no need for them. The bedspreads were nice colors and brighten things. Let folks know to bring beach chairs after labor day. Sea Colony stated they have chairs for the week to rent and it was closed. We stayed starting 9-16, the parking lot was empty and we were not able to park 3 cars on the lot. I can understand if it was during the summer. This was very frustrating when the lot was empty, we asked about the parking and were told the parking passes and parking is relaxed the following week. Great stay overall, the home is beautiful.

Our family had a great time at this property. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the condo was just as spacious as it looked in photos! It was just right for five adults and one child. The location is perfection- private beach, a quick walk to town, great restaurants and drugstores right across the street. Sea Colony really feels like a community with the evening events they put on. The unit was overall clean, except for the living room area rug that is just the kind that will always look like it wasn’t totally vacuumed, and a top bunk where we found an old resort ID card from 2022. Everything else was spotless, it even smelled super clean when we first walked in! The mattresses were just ok (springy and a bit noisy), but everyone slept well. We had a small issue with the ice maker on the fridge leaking, and it took most of the day to hear back through the text support line. Definitely suggest calling if you need more immediate service. All communication with Vacasa prior to the trip was superb, though! Very fast and satisfactory responses. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would recommend the property, and we plan on booking the same unit if we return in future years. Random packing suggestions for others: bring toilet paper (there were only two rolls for the three bathrooms), and regular sized bowls if you want to eat soup or cereal! The ones supplied are either small or shallow.

Beautiful location and views! The master shower had mold on the walls. The kitchen sink was stinky/fishy, so that needed to be drained or cleaned more. Overall, loved it and it was very nice!

First time staying in Bethany Beach. Absolutely loved it. Also first time vacationing in the early Spring. Loved it even more. Except for cooler ocean water and some limited restaurant hours it was just like late summer vacations. Sea Colony was an excellent venue. Would absolutely stay there again. A solid 10 out of 10.

Although the exterior is dated the interior was lovely and updated and the view cannot be beat- BOTH ocean and sunset views. The after hours check in was pretty rough- the number we were told to call was an international operator who not only did not know what we were supposed to do but also gave us bad advice- she eventually called a local rep who was knowledgeable but I would not recommend checking in after hours.

The balcony had a stunning view of the ocean, location is close to shops and food. Easy to walk to boardwalk. Size of condo was great. Beds and couches were a little uncomfortable but it was overall clean and kitchen was nice.

Cleanliness was not up to standards. Had to call back customer service twice and there was issues in the master bathroom. View was nice but seating on furniture was very limited for a 3 bedroom condo.

We really liked this condo. It was spacious and upkept. The only thing we werent happy with was the cleanliness. Gave a 5 star to begin with but discovered no wash clothes but 4 [there were 5 of us] and floors were dirty that when you walked barefoot your feet became very dirty. We originally said it was very clean but it was dark when we arrived.

Location, location, location! View is awesome. Parking space ( once we found it) was the best. Spaces are well marked just not in numerical order. Easy access around the corner from elevator which makes it private , not likely to have wanders. Unit is well cared for nicely decorated, comfortable and thoughtfully planned out. We loved our stay! Great communications from Vacasa too.

Fit our family adequately, 11 counting Baby. Decorating was modern and up to date. Some maintenance issue came up, but even with Holiday, was eventually taken care of. Room clean and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo, especially watching sunrise over the ocean. And the Murphy bed was so much more comfortable than a sleep sofa!
