Food was good. Nice view and neat rooms.
Less staff, delay in service, no security guard, late assistance provided . No beverage counter in room.

everything other than the location was below satisfactory. low on staff, limited basic facilities like tea kettle was missing. bathrooms were not clean.

We booked a deluxe room in Doves , then the manager told he is upgrading our room from his side to suite as complimentry. Then,while at the time of checkout he made bill of 7k for single room whose price was not worth 7k .Somehow we managed to get discount of 1k and paid 6k to him after long discussion. Also there is no restaurant service available ,they only can provide water bottles and tea ,coffee nothing more than that. Overall room was good and the property too but not worth 7k and there is no staff as such to provide good room service only a resource is there for whole property.
Not worth money. Poor room service .

lake view swimming pools it's too good. we enjoyed a lot.
Morning Tea and Coffee OMG very bad because they don't have Kitchen. black tea and coffee was ok.
