This condo is located in a walking distance from the village and a 7min drive from the beach. There are two fun parks next to the condo; one with sports facilities and one with kids playground. Tons of restaurants nearby. It is large and fits easily a family of 4 or two couples. It was well-equipped from coffee maker to a laundry washer and dish washer. Loved having covered parking for my car. It has a small community pool, WiFi and cable tv. I asked the host if we could potentially get in earlier than the 4pm check-in time and soon enough she called at 2:45pm that the condo was ready for us! Very accommodating and kind host!

The condo is old and has old but sturdy furniture in it. In old buildings you don’t always get the best water pressure or only one person can take a shower at a time. While it was well-equipped with dishes, it lacked some of the pots and pans (or they were super worn out) which made cooking hard.

Great value, location and space for family. Also liked the gated community and covered parking.

Bed was too firm

Perfect for families! Bedrooms are spacious! The walls are NOT THIN! Close proximity to the nice pool! Ideal location to the pier village- absolutely walkable, but we’d highly recommend reserving a golf cart! Plenty of supplies, towels, kitchen utensils, etc! You really won’t need a thing!

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property! it was safe, comfortable, accessible, clean and comfortable!
