Nestled in Saint George Island, this charming house for $358 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Comfortable beach home located right across from the beach with direct access. Features include; 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large sundeck overlooking the beach, fish cleaning sink and more. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Amenities: 2 Cable TV's, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Outside Shower, Grill and more. Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. The property could use some updates and the floor in the kitchen in front of the refrigerator needs some structural attention. Some written directions how to use the TV in the living area would be helpful for those who do not have cable tv. The cottage sleeps 8 but even parking 4 cars is a stretch. There is plenty of land just needs clearing.

very nice accommodations, beautiful deck to enjoy the sun, awesome outdoor shower with hot and cold water, interior provided plenty of space to relax, great couch for naps, frig with ice maker, air conditioner that works perfectly. Lower level beneath the deck to hang clothes and get out of the rain including a swing and fish cleaning station, nice little laundry room with large table to fold clothes. Short walk ( 200 feet) across the dunes to the beach. Really enjoyed the place.

Looking for a 2 night stay on St George Island, FL via VRBO I was surprised at how expensive the rates are for this time of year. Windjammer is in a good location. It’s a fairly old house across the street from beach front. Furnishings are old and showing signs of wear. Soiled arms on upholstered chairs. Kitchen floor has some weak spots you can feel when walking on it. Woodwork could use cleaning and some paint. Had some really good food at local restaurants - Paddy’s, Filling Station, Lynn’s and Hole in the Wall. It’s a shame the real Apalachicola Oysters are no longer available .

You can’t beat the price ,location, and beach access. A+++. Could use some new couches. Beds were comfy and Air conditioner was very cold. Every bedroom had a ceiling fan. The house is laid out very well and we had plenty of room to hangout together. The major complaint I had was the front door was very hard to shut and stay shut and we had a toddler staying with us so that caused panic at times. The dishwasher heating element needs repaired. Bring extra towels you are given 1 bath , 1 wash rag, and 1 hand towel per person . There were plenty of cooking ware and dishes. We really enjoyed the deck at night looking at the stars it was fabulous.

Perfect size for my family now that I have adult children. Our only complaint for a place that sleeps at least 8 is that there is not enough parking out front for a boat and 4 vehicles.

I have stayed at this house for at least 15 times over the last 20 years. Best thing is location direct easy across the street access to the beach. The underneath area of house is concrete with seating, outdoor shower, laundry room, grill and nice fish cleaning sink. Laticed in all around it. House has large living area and dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and bath not fancy but clean. We caught trout, Spanish mackerel, pompano, blue fish, croaker and some trash fish hard head catfish our 4 night stay. Good house for the money.

Windjammer was a pleasant surprise! The decorations were so much fun, it was almost like staying in a beachy art gallery. The location is great; right across from the beach with direct access. It's also convenient to the downtown bars and restaurants, though we didn't use that feature in this Covid year. The pictures don't do this house justice. The kitchen was fine, though a large pot would have been nice.

Had a great trip. We did report the ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms to the right of the kitchen did not work and we had a visit from one BIG, now dead, roach. Don't know if we can rent again if more than 4 of us show up since there is just enough room to park 4 cars. Big yard could be cleared to accommodate more.
