You are just far enough away that you can't hear the roller-coaster noise coming from the Kemah Boardwalk. The house is fully furnished with everything you need for a week-end get away including Internet/ WIFI. The garage is very spacious and a Large driveway for your Boat or Motor home. This property is perfectly positioned. It is spacious with a balcony infornt and back. This property is also minutes from the boardwalk, which is a must see. Bubba Gump Shrimp for the win!!!!

Me and my friend came to visit our buddy in residency and this house was great. It’s right down the street from the beach, good food and rides. The property owner has the fridge set up with some snacks and drinks. House is very clean and organized. She was very responsive via text and made the stay and departure easy. We would stay here again!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is just minutes to the Kemah Boardwalk and other local attractions. The home is maintained very well, and we found it to be spacious and comfortable. Our host, Annette, was very nice and accommodating. The area and surroundings were very pleasant and beautiful. It was great to be able to stare at parts of the ocean from the home's porch and living room. We enjoyed our time so much, that we wish to stay at this property again in the future.

We weren't looking for a place on the beach, just a place convenient to other locations. This house is ideal. It has been renovated recently, and the fenced backyard was ideal for our dog. Neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood felt very safe. Every day we walked to the Boardwalk for coffee. It's only a mile away. At the time we went, construction on the highway entering and leaving town was a challenge to navigate. Once it's done, access will be easy and efficient. We loved talking with the owner and would gladly come here again.

Two of my friends and I returned to the Clear Lake area for our 50th high school reunion and did not want to stay in a hotel. This home on the bay was the perfect solution because it was large enough, was situated between the weekend reunion events, was located in a quiet neighborhood, and the price was very reasonable. The owner/manager was extremely communicative and accommodating, reaching out several times to provide us with information, including a critical road closure and how to navigate the detours. Our only regret was that we were so busy that we only had a few brief periods of time to enjoy the front porch and dining area. Wish we had been able to stay at least one more night!

This house is fantastic, as is the owner. The views of the bay and awesome porches allow for peaceful and restful times. This house is so comfortable and clean, with excellent natural light throughout the home. Our pup loved every moment, both inside and outside the home. She truly loved the 2nd floor patios. This location is great, and we were able to navigate around the Hwy 146 construction without delays. Great communication with owner. We can’t say enough good things; we will be back!! This house is so beautiful. It is close to Kemah Boardwalk. There’s also a little pathway to a small overlook where you can see sailboats. The neighborhood is so quiet. The house itself was so clean and the family thought it was a great place to stay. We will surely come back again to this house when we are in Kemah. The owner is wonderful..thank you for a memorable mini family vacation.

This adorable rental is close to many high rated seafood establishments. The Kemah boardwalk is fun for the entire family. Less than 20 miles from Galveston. Cars can be put away in large garage at night. Just a very enjoyable experience. Would recommend this little gem to anyone!

The house had everything that you would need and absolutely beautiful!! Plenty of space and a nice quiet front deck to view the bay. Annette was a great host and very attentive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

The property is very clean, well maintained and within walking distance of the Kemah Boardwalk. We had an issue with the internet provider and the host was very responsible in getting this issue resolved. The host takes pride in the property which shows in addition details and personal touches not present in many vacation properties.

Very relaxing, convenient and clean house! Convenient to boardwalk, etc but very quiet unlike homes closer to boardwalk. The back porch has a nice breeze and partial view of Bay. Had most everything we needed inside, the only upgrade I would recommend is the beds. Instead of twins, kings/queens/doubles would be more comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay! We will definitely be back!

We loved Annette. She was so kind and helpful. The house was very cozy and had everything that one would want to be comfortable. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and it was patrolled regularly by police who had their station not too far away. It is a concern where one will be when renting and the g rounds around the property were clean manicured and well taken care of. We will consider this place again and tell friends. Family of 5 lots of space so we weren’t on top of each other. House was great the neighborhood was even better. The small park that led to the waterfront was great for morning sunrises and coffee drinking. Nice park in the area within walking distance for kids. Annette was a great host. Lots of little touches that made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again!!!
