No pets allowed. 2. No Children Under 12 including infants. 3. No BBQ at this property. 4. No Parties or gatherings allowed. 5. Owner requires a photo of ID be sent *prior* to check-in for every guest staying at the property. 6. Designated smoking area. Absolutely no smoking inside the house including vaping. The rules are to maintain the safe and peaceful integrity of the property; please respect them. There should be no smoking inside the house. The only designated outdoor smoking area is on the patio outside the kitchen. No smoking in or near the Garden. The 5th and 6th guest can sleep on the sleeper sofa. TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you'll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you'll be able to stream to the TV. You'll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don't provide streaming app accounts. DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. IF YOU DO, YOU'LL BE FINED $1500 FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES. No parties or gatherings greater than 15 people.
