The condo was very well stocked as compared to places we have stayed in the past.

View, location, space, amenities, cleanliness, beds and furnishings all superb. Visiting in November was wonderful on 2 counts, perfect weather and no traffic problems. Our only concern was that there were no parking passes in the unit. I contacted the management company who responded quickly to my concern but were unable to locate the passes. Fortunately our vehicles were not towed from the parking garage. We look forward to enjoying this unit again.

The condo was perfect and with it being on the 21st floor was quite a view. The only thing that would have been better would be if the sliding doors on the master bedroom and living room would have opened easier. We got them to work, but was a real struggle each time I think the living room one was off the track or something. I did see a maintenance man on the elevator and asked him to come and check, but he didn't make it up and we never called to have someone fix it.

We enjoyed our stay, and would have given this condo five stars except for one issue. Upon arrival, both of the sliding glass doors facing the gulf would not open. A bedroom TV wasn't working either. I contacted Emerald Coast immediately. A maintenance person came out on Sunday and fixed the tv and the sliding door in the bedroom. However, they did not repair the sliding glass door in the living room. I contacted them a few more times about it before I gave one ever responded to tell us when or if it would be repaired. For the entire week we were there, we could only access the balcony through a bedroom which was very inconvenient if someone was sleeping, dressing, etc in the bedroom. Otherwise, the unit is a nice place to stay.

The condo has a great view of the sunset or sunrise. Price was fair for this 3 bedroom 2 bath. Only negitives was the blinds in the master bedroom need replaced and guest bath took a long time to drain. Overall though this is a great condo!

Our stay had quite a rocky start when we arrived and were unable to check in at the stated check in time of 4pm because the room had not been cleaned. For starters, the keypad did not function properly, turns out it was because some of the numbers are loose/falling off and had been put back in the wrong spots and upside down. It was during a torrential downpour, the street was flooded above the curb out front so that you couldn’t even see where the road ended and the sidewalk began. No one’s fault there but regardless we’re all thoroughly soaked on the walk from the car to the room and the housekeeper wouldn’t let us inside while she was cleaning. She said she’d need another 45 minutes. And we had small children that had been in a car for 13+ hours. I’m sure you can imagine how much fun we had upon arrival. The balcony was amazing though and is the star of the show here! It has a very spacious living area, although the kitchen itself is a bit small. Some furnishings and fixtures could definitely be updated. Sheets, mattress pads, and mattresses were aged and stained. We had to buy some essentials that we thought would be provided but weren’t: dish soap, a kitchen sponge, trash bags, paper towels, tissues. There’s definitely not enough silverware, and I couldn’t locate a basic pair of scissors. But there’s a ton of plastic souvenir cups from Schooner’s, the restaurant next door! So be sure to take one when you go to get a refill and save $!

We loved our stay. In a great location that’s quieter than the busy section. Great condo with fantastic views. Would come again. Only downfall is only one parking pass so when you have a group of 8 staying you need to find alternate parking lots which can add up $$

Location was perfect as usual. Love that Schooners is next door. Very convenient to go grab lunch or dinner. The condo balcony was great, with a beautiful view.
The condo was spacious, but not cleaned to our liking. The comforter and pillow shams were dirty, and dried blood was on the mattress cover when we removed the sheets. The master bathroom shower was nasty! It could def use a good scrubbing. There was mold on the ceiling bathroom vents, which the cleaning crew came 2 or 3 days later to clean. The kitchen counter tops had been wiped down, but the appliances had fingerprints and dried food all over the outside of them and when I opened the dish washer there was sticky food all along the grip of it. Looks like the minimum was done, when it came to cleaning the condo. I’m usually one not to complain about the cleanliness, but it def could have been disinfected a little better. The cook ware could definitely be updated.
This wasn’t that big of a deal to us, but if you like to watch tv while in bed, the 3rd bedroom did not have a tv. The tv in the master bedroom you could only watch one channel.
Over all, if it was cleaner. I would have given it a 3-4 star.

This was our second time staying in this building and we love the location, cleanliness & amenities of this property. This was our first time staying in this condo. Only a few minor things. The pictures make it seem bigger than it actually was but it was still comfortable for our family of 8. Master bedroom mattress is uncomfortable and very worn. There is no pantry or cabinets available for food storage so we had to use countertops which wasn’t easy during cooking time.
Overall a very nice stay & good communication with renters.

We had the best time. The condo was perfect with everything we needed. We loved the wrap around balcony which we spent lots of time on after enjoying the beach each day. And…next door to Schooners…what’s not to like??

The condo was wonderful. Overall, our stay was comfortable despite the weather (windy and rainy) and speaking of the wind - it was hard to sit on the balcony being up so high the wind whipped around the building and the railings rattled/vibrated so it was noisy at times - we did see dolphins several times though so that was a plus of being up so high! The condo was well stocked (no hair dryer though). We loved the space that the condo provided and had a great week!

Overall this condo was great for a family of 5. Very spacious and has an excellent view of the gulf from the wrap-around balcony. Kitchen utensils are adequate but lacking if you plan to do a lot of cooking. The location is perfect. It is located next to Schooners which is great for lunch or getting drinks on the beach. It's located a little farther away from the busier parts of PCB which we prefer. You're still located close to everything you need! The property manager's response time was delayed but this could have been due to my using a 3rd party to book. Questions weren't urgent so it was a non-issue. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Spacious property with enough room for all of us! Kids loved the beach and pool. Adults loved spending the whole time on balcony. We were fortunate with amazing weather and took full advantage. We were a little confused about the door locking but mangers were quickly responsive and very helpful. Had a marvelous time and hope to go back soon!

Elevators were fast and efficient, even during busy times.Property - The condo is very nice and comfortable (we had 7 people). Also has a nice desk in the living room (for those doing a little remote working) The property in general is cleaned (surface level clean), no concerns there, but is due for a deeper cleaning (vents, water dispenser in fridge, washer) Do note, if paying by credit card, there is an additional service fee charged after the VRBO payment is made (which was a surprise).

I can’t say enough great things about our stay here. It was a seamless check in/check out process. The rental is just gorgeous…. It is both beautiful and comfortable. The views from the wraparound balcony are stunning especially at sunrise and sunset which will take your breath away. I brought my grandma who is disabled and we had no issue there - entrances are wheelchair accessible and they have elevators etc. We had a fabulous vacation which is probably the best one ever to date and will definitely be repeat clients. The only negative was very minor and that’s that both pools only had a max depth of 4.5 feet and my kids like deeper. Since we were so close to the beach this was a non-issue. They also had a hot tub which was quite nice.

Overall, this condo is my favorite. I have been coming to PCB for many years and this has to be the best condo. The Gulf front and Bay Balcony with amazing sunrise and sunsets. The condo was clean and spacious. It does need a new shower curtain in the bathroom and need instructions to work the TV equipment. I called and they were gonna send someone out, but never showed and no one ever called me back. Overall, the property grounds were clean! I will book now for next year!

The realization that we were staying on the 21st floor only hits you once you step out onto the wrap around deck.
Took a bit to get used to but the view will not allow you to stay inside. Want a gulf view, with endless white sand beaches, this is it. Want to see the harbour/city, just walk around the side to the front of the wrap around balcony...you got it .
One elevator ride to amazing white sand beaches.
Things we saw from the balcony include dolphins, a stingray, jelly fish, and amazing gulf sunsets.
Only flaw, though very minor, the drain in the main washroom is extremely slow so it leaves incredible "wring around the tub".
Loved in-suite laundry.

We got stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued between floors. Elevators were getting stuck every single day. Had to take 21 flights of stairs multiple times. Air conditioning was out for 2 days. Water was out one day. Not a single bit of compensation was offered. They clearly only care about the money they make.

Great vacation condo
We had a great stay but the cleanliness of the condo and lack of communication with the owner needs to be much better. Things were not clean when we arrived and I contacted owner twice and still haven’t heard back from him and we are already back from our trip. Loved the layout and the building at Seychelles though. Will come back but different condo next time.

Overall stay was nice. Cleanliness was not so nice. Makeup on bed linens-mold in the shower-hand prints all over sliding back door-the dishwasher was completely full of dishes. I don’t usually complain about cleanliness but when you pay the extra cleaning fee AND you have late check in and early check out, it is annoying!!

The condo is gorgeous. The most beautiful part is the wrap around balcony. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The living room furniture was large and comfortable.
It would have been nice to have a small table outside to eat meals at, but the seating that was available outside was fine for ocean/Bay viewing.
We were surprised to find that although clean bedding was available, the bunk beds were not made up. There were dishes in the dishwasher, I had to put away. The condo was clean, but when we opened the closet to get the broom out, there was a large dead cockroach. There was a sign in the elevator stating pest control would be spraying the day we left.
I only gave management a "4" for communication because days before our trip we reached out to find out whether the unit had a coffee maker or a keurig, since we were bringing coffee from home, and they only contacted us a couple days after our arrival, which was not helpful.
The TV in the living room had 4 or 5 remotes which was confusing and we had a difficult time figuring those out. The resort pools were nice with one of them being heated which was great on the cooler/ windy days.
Schooners next door, was convenient and the boating activities in the bay are only a couple minutes away.
