The building administration at Peninsula recently implemented a rule, requiring all guests to provide a credit card upon arrival, whereby they will put a hold on the card for $5,000 pesos. This hold is managed by the building administration, and is meant to cover any damages caused to the common areas. Running along Sabalo Cerritos (the main road outside of Peninsula) is a brand new biking/walking path which runs North towards Playa Bruja, and South all the way to the Marina area.
