No persons who cannot swim will be allowed in the pool without supervision. No animals are allowed in the pool area. The use of the pool area is for residents and guests only NO Dogs in the Pool or Hot Tub GARBAGE COLLECTION Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or container out in front of your home Monday and Thursday. Monday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on day of schedule pickup. (We recommend that you place your bins out the night b ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RERSERVATION. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS -100% refunds will be granted for cancelations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill.
