We stayed at Hugo's apartment for a wonderful 28 days, it was very comfortable and the outdoor space was amazing. We arrived at the appartment in the evening after unpacking the essentials we sat out on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine and listening to the ocean the next morning we could see the ocean which we hadn't expected such a surprise. Everything is well catered for lots of choice for eating out, shopping at the local supermarket and the Forum are very close, the bus into Funchal is approximately 20 metres from the apartment and finally we enjoyed some beautiful walks. We would highly recommend Hugo's apartment.

We stayed for two weeks and the property is really situation close to everything, the supermarket, restaurants, public transport and the sea.

Es handelt sich um eine schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse und Ausblick Das Appartement war bei Ankunft noch nicht fertig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir waren gegenüber lecker essen. Wir sind jeden Tag zu Fuß nach Funchal gelaufen, da der Weg bezaubernd ist. Umgebung top! Dauer ca. 1,5 stunden. Supermärkte und auch Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Auch in die andere Richtung ist es toll zu gehen. Die Wohnung hat alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Nachbarn sind alle überaus freundlich. Auch der grosse Hund hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen so schnell wie möglich wieder!!! Ganz liebe Grüße Siri und Sören

Sijainti hyvä, kulkuyhteydet bussilla keskustaan toimivat. Asunnon varustelu hyvä joskin WiFi toimi hitaasti ja epävakaasti. Viihdyimme 40 päivää loistavasti joskin alapuolen vahtikoiran haukkuminen häiritsi välillä liikaa.

Tack Hugo för 3 underbara veckor. Stor härlig veranda , med sol hela dagen. Bra drickbart vatten från kran. Helt onödigt att bära vattendunkar från Supermarket. Nära till Supermarket - Trevlig liten cafeteria 15m. Mitt emot ingång , på andra sidan gatan. Skulle kunna vara 5 stjärnor , men det finns en schäfer som närmsta granne, som vissa dagar kan upplevas som störande med allt sitt skällande. Skulle ändå kunna tänka mig att återvända , för allt övrigt var så bra. Kurre o Monica

Séjour de 15 jours - Location bien équipée, très agréable - à proximité d une station de bus (ville et aéroport) mais aussi d un super marché - (très utiles) la nuit pour des personnes qui n ont pas un bon sommeil l emplacement est un peu bruyant mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ! Ceci dit notre séjour s est bien passé - on a apprécié nos différentes visites sur l île - si vous parlez anglais c est parfait - on a heureusement trouvé quelques personnes parlant français ! To be fair to other possible renters, I should mention the transfer of noise from neighbours and the large barking dog at the bottom of the terrace. There are quite a few restaurants locally (within 400m). We tried most of them, all good. Uphill, there is the Forum which is a shopping mall. The ground floor is mostly the PingoDoce supermarket which is very good and sells most things. The apartment is situated at the meeting point of two great walks. By going down to the Doca do Cavacas restaurant and swimming rock pools, there is a rock tunnel and then a boardwalk and prom all the way to the lovely village of Camera de lobos. Several good bars, with food along the way. Going the otherway, takes you eastwards towards the Lido area, again with plenty of watering holes along the way. One of the biggest pluses of this apartment is it has got a really big, two level west facing terrace equipped with plenty of outdoor seating and loungers.With a series of well stocked planters between the levels, you have your own little tropical garden from where you can watch the sun sink into the horizon. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay at Hugos apartment. It's really big and comfortable with plenty of kitchen equipment and enough plates to fill the dishwasher. Everything you could possibly need is there. It's handy for the aerobus from the airport and back (8 euros return) and stops just down the road. There is a large shopping centre and supermarket just 5 mins walk, a lovely sunset bar just around the corner above the Centromar and a lido with sunloungers and seawater pools just below down the steps. Beach towels would be a nice addition to this apartment. There are plenty of restuarants around to choose from, even one right opposite the building although we did not try that one. Buses are abundant in Madeira and very cheap so we explored the island by bus and did several levada walks, both on our own and guided ones. Only reason I have not given it 5 stars is the large dog which lives in the house at the bottom of the terrace and barks whenever someone makes a noise next door to him, he didn't seem to mind us. He didn't bark at night when we were sleeping. Obviously Hugo can do nothing about this.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description , un très bel appartement avec deux chambres doubles spacieuses Le reste est d'ailleurs également spacieux , une décoration raffinée , des sofas confortables et surtout très bien équipé : lave linge-lave vaisselle-hotte rétractable (sisi hein hugo ^^), une TV satellite, un téléphone, un bon niveau de wifi . On sent vraiment une envie d'être comme chez soi de la part du propriétaire .A ce propos , Hugo ainsi qu'Elvira sont d'une serviabilité , d'une réactivité exemplaire . On poste une message et l'on est sûr d'avoir une réponse dans l'heure ..si pas dans la minute ! j'ai rarement vu ça Vous pouvez sans hésitez vous adresser à Hugo , c'est un type chaleureux, sincère, honnête , vraiment , il n'y a aucun problème de location , c'est nickel avec lui J'ajouterais que l'emplacement est vraiment idéal pour qui veut visiter l’île , bien centrée pour faire l'ouest ou l'est , le nord est également facilement accessible par une route qui coupe l’île en deux , vous ne devez pas faire le tour , vous coupez directement ! Je préconise une voiture de location mais les transports en commun sont également accessibles et très proches de l'appartement : 10/10 , parfait Belle île :) cordialement

Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille dans cet appartement et nous avons adoré. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et à la description. Proche de la mer, il permet de faire de belles balades au bord de l'eau ou bien de profiter des bars de la plage. Il y a également un grand centre commercial tout proche ainsi qu'un arrêt de bus. Elvira nous a accueillis chaleureusement et à gentiment répondu à toutes nos questions. L'appartement est impeccable, très propre et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse. Un seul bémol : les aboiements du chien du voisin. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de visiter toute l'île mais nous espérons bien y retourner et nous reprendrons sans hésiter l'appartement d'Hugo que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

L'appartement/maison (en rez-de -chaussée) d'un immeuble tranquille, avec une très agréable terrasse dont la vue donne sur la mer (en deuxième ligne) est à recommander pour son excellente situation par rapport au centre ville (bus très pratique à quelques mètres), pour son très bon confort et son équipement très complet. Très pratique aussi au niveau des courses avec , dans une grande avenue proche un ensemble commercial très moderne et plus près encore un supermarché pour assurer les basiques. Parfaite propreté de l'habitation. En traversant la rue , un petit restaurant fréquenté essentiellement par des autochtones où on est reçu avec une grande attention et qui nous a permis de nous délecter de véritables spécialités de Madère (entre autres poissons d'une fraicheur absolue). Le contact avec le propriétaire est parfait on obtient avec gentillesse tous les renseignements nécessaires à des vacances réussies. La description de l'annonce correspond parfaitement à ce que l'on a trouvé et nous recommanderions très volontiers cette location à nos amis.

We really liked and enjoyed Hugo an Nathalies apartment. It is perfect situated close to Praia do Formosa, Doca do Cavacas and Madeira Forum. High frequence bus to the centre 30 meters away. The flat is just fine, rathere spacious with a large terrace. Kitchen well equipped. In our taste, the bed a little bit too hard. Even though we never met Hugo (was in France) everything worked out just fine. Communication per email was perfect and Hugos mother in law were there to help us during ckeckin and checkout.
