Outside shower was a nice touch for rinsing off sand. Ice maker in freezer was convenient. Location is good in Buxton. Two balconies, private balcony for the master bedroom, both were nice features. There's a very nice & quiet beach about 5 minutes away with a lighthouse. The resident neighbors were quiet & kept to themselves.

Appliances are horribly outdated, rust on the microwave, the carpet was dirty & musty smelling, the furniture is outdated, the bathroom tub had mold, the tvs were small & the cable was subpar, there was a thick layer of dust collected on the fans in every room, there was trash from previous occupants when we checked in, & the check out process that makes you vacuum & clean the place for them is shocking considering the price.
