喧噪から適度に離れた静かな環境。１Fだけの構造。ダイニングのソファーベッドが大きくくて寝室のベットに遜色なく快適であった。すべてが新しくて清潔。

毎日タクシーを移動に要した（小生は歩行に少々困難があるためもある。）

Spotlessly clean. All the appliances were super clean and the location for me was very convenient to St. Mark's Cathedral where I had booked a pair of concerts. The apartment was for the most part very quiet.

I heard footsteps from the apartment above. I mostly noticed them when I was sitting in the living room, but when I moved to the bedroom, the sound was a little less noticeable.

Nicely furnished flat with everything needed (and even more). Nice common roof top. Secure building in a safe neighbourhood.

Few problems : - you can hear very well the above neibourgh walking (?) and living ; that's annoying, especially at night... - the flat windows are directly facing the entrance hall ; so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don't want everyone to see what happening ; - the ventilation in the bathroom makes the ceiling shiver and that's annoying because it's got a timer and you can't stop it.

Location was everything

There was no soap for the shower nor coffee for the coffee maker.
