the property was clean and spacious

there was only 1 keys. the staff at 360 stays were rude. wouldn’t let me check in early or later even though they had no other bookings. could barely speak English and had no etiquette when talking to a customer.

This property really lovely; I loved everything about it; from the location to the facilities; it’s the best I had stayed in all 2 months. I loved the master’s bed room on the second floor its really nice and Cosy.

The host delayed in allowing access into the premises. I had to wait over an 1 hour 30mins wit my kids.

A bit farther from the train station than we expected, with a low frequency of trains. The street of the house is nice, but the ones near the station not so much

We didn't actually get to stay at the property after the accommodation company cancelled our booking two hours before check-in. I booked the house for 10 people and explained to them there would always be 10 guests in the house at one time. Some of my friends were staying for one night and others were staying for two nights. They stated that the same guests have to remain consistent throughout our stay but this was not stated when I first made the reservation. If I was aware of this at the time of booking then I would not have continued with the reservation but it was only made clear after the payment of all funds. We were told the reason they cancelled was due to them not feeling 'safe' - they asked for photos of our IDs the evening before check-in. All guests were young black women, so take from that what you will (they had almost two weeks to ask for any additional documentation). I hadn't known the booking was cancelled until I received an email from booking.com asking me to verify my bank account details so I called the accommodation company and was told the booking was cancelled. Please note I was already on my way to the property and some of my guests had started making their way there too. Whilst discussing the cancellation, we were also kindly reminded they had cameras inside the property 'so they can see what we are doing.' The man we spoke to also ended the phone call abruptly when asked about their complaints process, although he was supposedly a manager. We were later told there were no managers working that day. They were very reluctant to return the funds paid for the reservation, and attempted to use the bank holiday as an excuse. Overall, their lack of remorse for causing financial detriment, racial profiling, dishonesty and incompetence has resulted in this review. This experience has been very emotionally and mentally distressing and nearly ruined my birthday celebrations.
