Very well done.

The gentlemen was wonderful who allowed us into his property. His daughter was very nice as well. The property was immaculate and impeccable.

The property was a little difficult to find.

A home away from home.

It was a very quiet, clean, comfortable, and intimate stay for my Fiancé and I. Our little fur baby enjoyed himself also. The Jacuzzi was my favorite part. Definitely will be back. 😍😍 Thank you, Mr. Boyce for your hospitality.

Exceeded my expectations but a lot

The owner was super helpful with the taxi driver getting us to the property and we met with him when we arrived. He and his wife were always very helpful when we had questions, and were very welcoming. The room was very clean, and comfortable. I didnt add pictures since the ones on booking were basically exactly what it looked like. The AC was cold and the water was hot, which is like 80% of everything I cant live without. It definately was a good value for me. Having the kitchen and fridge saved us a ton of money since we didnt have to eat out every meal. Would recommend this location not only for the nice accomidations but just how great the owner was too.

My recommendations to other prospective guests would be get a rental car, it just makes life easier that dealing with the taxis. Also, bring some earplugs. There are a lot of roosters, which seems to be a St Thomas thing, they're a must.

Was a perfect location centrally located on the Island! Host and his family were wonderful, so helpful with any questions or recommendations too! We are hoping to return and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! Very clean and perfect for us, absolutely loved our stay! Thank you so much!!!

Great location . The host met us at nearby gas station/market and led us to place. He checked in on us and was very professional . The place was clean and in a lovely area .

Boyce was an exceptional host; excellent communication and extremely helpful. Accommodation in residential area was refreshing with spectacular views and comfortable with all the amenities. Marysville was one of the highlights of my trip and made for a restful getaway.

Clean, modern, great hospitality

The host was amazing, my husband and I had a work holiday party to attend and were running late. He drove us himself. We had an issue with the GPS getting back, and he answered our call very late at night and was so nice and understanding.

Superb

I was very happy with my stay at the Annasville Comfort Studio. It is charming and clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfy bed. I was assured by Boyce, the owner that it was in a safe neighborhood and found this to be true and felt very relaxed and comfortable there. Took a van cab from the airport and Boyce met me partway at a local market where I was able to pick up a few essentials and snacks. The next morning, he brought me to my next hotel where I was meeting family. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the island and beaches. I appreciated it all and would recommend to others. Best place to stay

I liked everything about this studio. It was in a great location, everything is near by. The host was wonderful and the view was spectacular.

I arrived at the property around checkin time and the wife assisted me into the location. The studio was clean, and well decorated. This properties was cozy, comfortable.

Fabulous studio with a fantastic host.

The studio was exceptionally clean and has everything you need. It's a cozy and comfortable space, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. You will need to rent a car though to get around. The owner, Boyce, provides a parking place. He is extremely friendly and will do everything to make sure you're comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

It's not the greatest location but if you rent a car, the studio is centrally-located, and within 10-20 minutes drive to pretty much anywhere on the island.
