Beautiful hotel

The hotel was nice and clean, plus it was in the middle of chefchaouen, which makes it easy to go to all the nearby shops and restaurants. Also, the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was nice, but they could have had more options.

hermoso riad, habitación limpia y cómoda! desayuno muy rico y buena ubicación! Chefchaouen es puro montaña asiq se sube mucho en todos lados, el riad está a pasos de una plaza muy linda!

lo único que no tienen bar para la cena, asiq hay que salir si así se quiere pero el desayuno es delicioso

Uma viagem de sentidos numa Chefchaouen de verdade

A arquitetura e o trabalho de preservação e restauração da construção chamam atenção. É mais um riad de tirar o fôlego, como é tradição no Marrocos. Fiquei num quarto com varanda. A vista panorâmica da cidade e da montanha faz com que estar no quarto seja uma das melhores coisas a ser fazer em Chefchaouen. E a equipe, apesar de não falar tão bem o inglês, é muito prestativa, alertando os hóspedes sobre possíveis ciladas da cidade e providenciando com segurança, passeios para conhecer as outras tradição locais, além do azul das paredes ;) Obrigado Ismael!

Os funcionários poderiam falar um pouco melhor o inglês, mas mesmo assim eles merecem nota 10.

Great position, clean, friendly and comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Abdell was very friendly and attentive. He gave good advice and anticipated all of our needs setting up tables on the roof top and providing snacks. Excellent breakfast.

-Traditional riad -Renovated and well maintained -Located at the heart of medina -Staff are cooperative and kind. A positive encounter: I asked to checkout one day earlier and the owner and the staff were sincerely supportive though it was a short notice (almost sure they couldn’t let the two rooms I vacated). The owner was so kind and contacted booking.com to refund me. I truly appreciate it and thank you to Ismail, Abdu and of course the owner.

- Minor but important: towels need to be replaced. They are old and sometimes smell cigarettes. - Adding more options to the breakfast will be a plus

The guest room is unreasonably small. The electricity was gone for a short while in the evening. A bit scary.

Disappointed

We were offered tea at midnight, and we accepted. The man brought us tea and asked for 50diraham cash immediately. Then my husband found that same man who works at the Riad drunk and slouched over in the front entrance of the hotel. My husband is Moroccan and as a custom they should offer us tea upon arrival without a charge! We paid over $200 to stay for one night! In addition there was no room for us to have breakfast in the morning as there were many quest seated and that’s understandable, we were offered to eat on the the terrace and that same man complained and told us “ WHT ARE YOU MAKING ME COME UPSTAIRS ROODLY! When we were told by a staff member to go there.

Lovely riad in the medina

Really nice riad in the beautiful medina of Chefchauoen. The team was lovely and accommodated all of our requests. Very well recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay.

the city is wonderful and the riad is centrally located in the city. would recommend anyone to stay there

awesome staff, awesome facilities, very beautiful rooms and halls.

sewers smell was present in the bathroom. a siphon wash could help solve the issue.

Beautiful, clean, modern riad in an historical building.

The staff were very accommodating, always willing to help. The room was very modern and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast on the Terrance each morning with fresh squeezed orange juice.

Nestled in the town and thus sometimes dogs were barking and other loud outside noises woke us up once or twice in the night.

Beautiful architecture but just okay amenities

Enjoyed 1 night here during our time in Chefchaouen. This is an absolutely stunning property. The architecture is simply beautiful. We had a closet sized room with 2 twin beds, the bathroom was barely big enough for one person to stand in it was probably the smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel room in my life. The internet/wifi was very slow and basically non functional for us. The rooftop patio was very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast there, which was good! Was okay for 1 night but would stay elsewhere if we return for another visit for chefchaouen.

Slow wifi, tiny bathroom, closet size room (can barely open your suitcase!), broken shower (they didn't fix it it for us)

Exceptional

The Riad is beautifully decorated inside. There are lovely areas to chill out and a really nice terrace with a view of the mountains. The staff are very helpful. We were met from our taxi which was great as arrived late evening. Breakfast is really good too. Definitely one of the nicest Riads we stayed in on our trip.

Beautiful modern design amid a picture perfect street!

The structure of the riad was stunningly beautiful! It definitely looks like a renovation instead of a historical riad, but it is gorgeous. The architecture is lovely and the rooms are spacious enough. We had a great balcony view. Additionally, the location is great! It is on a "made for Instagram" street within easy walking distance of the whole town.

I was awoken in the morning by a family eating breakfast in the bottom of the riad. Because of the structure, sound echos. So, even though our room was on the 3rd floor, I woke up to the sound of forks and knives clinking from the first floor below. We had a lovely seating area for our breakfast on the rooftop terrace, but the poor staff had to walk up multiple flights of stairs to bring us breakfast. There was not very much food, and we did not want to ask for more because we felt bad having the staff walk up so many flights of stairs.

Superb

Excellent location of riad, great view, close to souvenir shops. For the first two days we had the Riad just for ourselves. At the start we missed some toiletries, but as soon as we asked our hosts, they immediatelly broughth them to us. All in all, nice experience and would recommend it to anyone
