Ubicación, lobby, habitación amplia con balcón, desayuno y amabilidad personal
ruido en el aire acondicionado, colchón salta mucho al moverse, ruido afuera con las puertas que tiran. El baño se moja mucho al ducharse.

Demasiado por el precio. Cómodo, tranquilo, bien ubicado, desayuno muy rico y variado. Un plus la vista, se ve toda la ciudad desde el piso 10. Espectacular.
No había cafecito a mediodía. Podría ser un valor agregado. De resto, todo genial.

La ubicación es muy buena. Hay muchos restaurantes al rededor y centros comerciales.
Pienso que las camas podrían mejorar mucho más y entra mucho ruido por la puerta.

Una experiencia excepcional. La habitación estaba impecable, todas las comodidades necesarias. El personal fue amable y atento. Muy completo y rico el desayuno.

Staff in the restaurant and one of the guys at the front office aren’t kind. Sometimes they didn’t even say good morning.

I had a lovely room on the 9th floor with views over city. Breakfast was included and was the best - lots of choices, all delicious. It’s in a good location, safe, and with lots of bars and restaurants in close walking distance. Added bonus, one of the reception staff spoke English which was a real plus as my a Spanish is atrocious. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Bucamaranga.

The customer service experience was exceptional. The location could not have been better, in a very safe neighborhood and close to everything. The rooms were clean and well organized.
