Location of the property is good - very close to the market.
Room size was good - as expected from the photos.
The bathroom-cum-toilet was smaller than expected. Also, toilet needed repairs. Hospitality of the staff can be better.

location is near to the centre, however the location street is always filled with seawage water from drinages overflowing.
In wash room flush is not working, collecting extra money beyond the booking.com charges for the stay excluding room charges and taxes.
Water facility is poor, running short of water for bath and other toilet facilities in the wash rooms

Only room guys are good. They did exceptional service.
We went to the hotel, they said that rooms were full. After asking them continuously for 10-15 minutes they said that we will try and finally gave one after 20 minutes of scheduled check in time. Later, inside the room the wash basin is under maintenance. There are no door locks and there are many many issues which I cannot explain here. Only room boys are cool.
