It was close to the beach
The food was cold and not hot which was worrying
I woke up covered in bites everywhere,
The phone didn’t work in my room and there were screaming children which kept me up all night and morning
Unfortunately I wouldn’t book to go to this hotel again

Ocean: woda krystaliczna, ciepła, dno piękne, fauna i flora oceaniczna imponująca, życzliwy personel, życzliwi uśmiechnięci ludzie.
Polecam wycieczki: Zip line, podróż półciężarówką na pace (uwaga słońce), zatoka rekiniątek, katamaran, złowione ryby na molo.
Spacery brzegiem oceanu.
awarie wifi,
Brak informacji o udogodnieniach: Level 1 lub 2 lub 3 niekonsekwencja w relacji przywileje/cena
Poza resortem bezludna pustynia, bieda,
Piasek z Sahary w powietrzu (2dni) widoczność do 100m słońce niewidoczne.
Zmiana flory bakteryjnej (moje subiektywne odczucie) potrzebny węgiel, leki na infekcje p. pokarmowego, p.biegunkowe itp.

room was always so clean,
varied pools to sit out
right on the beach
some staffs were so helpful for example Sergio on the reception-fantastic
the food was boring and rarely had staple items.
the level of mosquitoes inside toilets and bars were ridiculous
getting into restaurants was awful so really the buffet is the only main one which again was boring
if staff don’t understand you they laugh and walk off

Great location ........! Everything at the hotel (apart from some of the food) was brilliant........especially the staff. From the reception to the room cleaners to the staff in the restuarant........everyone was very helpful and friendly.
After a while the food became repetitive and monotonous. Having said that........the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner was wonderful!

Out of 5 stars, I give the hotel 2 stars, mainly for the value for money.
The staff is very nice, although some of them work for punishment, for example. The lady at the reception desk when paying for the massage was totally offended at the whole world and moved like a fly in tar.
I was given a villa which was located at the back of the restaurant as most villas are, generally when buying villas forget about intimacy. The walls are low and you can see everything. In our garden we could hear the staff screaming really loud. Plus the smell from the kitchen every day. When I asked for a change of villa (first the gentleman at the reception said a little aggressively what problem I have) and then, when he saw that I took the all inclusive option, he suddenly became nicer. We were shown the villa one by one and after accepting it, it turned out that we could not live in it -this happened 3 times, literally 3 with 3 villas in a row. On the second day after my complaint to booking.com and melia international in social media, a couple of managers came to us, who showed us two more, but worse than our villas.
Then when we decided to stay in our villa, it turned out that the bathtub was broken, but I managed to unclog the siphon with a knife, but the water that flew from the tap was brown in color, also in the showers. I will attach a photo :)))
Good restaurants with the all inclusive option, and tasty food, but in bars the food was barely warm, once every 9 days I got hot spaghetti.
As compensation, the hotel, upon my request for a refund of half the amount for the stay and for the whole fuss with the villas, the manager offered me a "goodwill gesture", i.e. the amount for the Spa, which was not even enough for two massages for me and my daughter.
SPA-located near the swimming pool where ball games are held in the water and very loud music is played, there is a SPA courtyard!!!!!

I wasn’t able to dine at any of the Restaurants because all restaurants were fully booked I completed to the manager and was told someone would get back to me I’m still waiting. i checked out today. they are under staffed wait 30mins for some one to serve drinks.

Nice fruit. Cleaning, restaurant and concierge staff friendly
Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures and fancy description, there is nothing luxurious about this experience and the price is extremely out of touch with reality. We arrived to a keycard that didn’t work and had to wait 30 min for a new one, stained towels and a clogged shower, which we immediately reported but took 24 hours to be addressed (the shower remained clogged) and an old room which badly needs to be painted and have the AC replaced as it makes so much noise it’s difficult to sleep. Beds/pillows were also not comfortable. The a la carte restaurants which are supposed to be included in the all inclusive were fully booked for days in advance and when we complained to the staff, they found us a spot to eat at one of the restaurants as an apology. This however never happened as I decided to leave before eating after waiting one hour and a half for the main dish. In the main buffet restaurant we ended up with food poisoning for several days. We finally tried one of the other restaurant and it was as bad as the buffet. All over a horrible horrible experience definitely not worth the money or the 5 stars. When we told the person at the reception that our experience was bad during checkout, there was really no interest in getting any feedback
