> In the heart of Kihei, close to several restaurants, bars, beaches, and stores. Walk five minutes from several amazing beaches (including THE surf spot in Kihei) to the front door of this home. Your host is happy to share accomodations and knowledge about the island and Hawaiian culture with guests. One assigned parking spot, uncovered. Several washers and dryers in the small complex for your convenience. Our quiet second-floor unit has a garden view with a peekaboo view of the gorgeous blue-water pool, which you can enjoy best from the "Lanai Lounge" which features bar seating (see pics) and two "dry bars" for drying out towels and swim gear. Then there's a peekaboo view of Haleakala, a 10,000 ft+ mountain from the Mauka Room (queen bed). Or catch the vibrant colors of a sunset from the Makai Room (king bed). But don't worry, these West and South facing rooms won't get too hot, because both rooms have thick curtains and quiet, comfortable air conditioning (NOT window units). Fully renovated, from the floors to the ceilings, this home features a tasteful color scheme, with local-themed art and decor, comfortable, hand-made furniture, TVs in each bedroom as well as a Dolby Atmos surround-sound theater-set up in the living room, and free, fast wireless internet. Each living space has been optimized for gathering and socializing with your small group of up to six people, from our dining table with surfboard bench to our large couch and our lanai lounge. Available for guests are beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and a beach cart for ease of traveling to several beaches on Maui's picturesque south side. Use of items constitute acceptance of liability and risk for using those items — for example, boogie boards and the conditions they are used in can be dangerous even when used by someone with lots of experience. For your valuables, we've provided a safe where you can store your items using a code of your design. High chair and pack n play available to rent for flat fee of $26/ea no matter how long your stay. Nice unit and convenient location in Kihei. Centrally located next to shops, restaurants and a large park with a nice playground, all while being reasonably quiet off a dead-end side road. Unit was well appointed and very clean.

Condo was very clean and the host provided us with a basket of Hawaiian snacks. Unit was easy to get to and a few minutes of a walk from the beaches and food trucks. Overnight we did hear a lot of noises from the street, but I think this is less the unit and more of the area. Lots of people vacationing in Kihei like to party and gather and night. Be also aware that Kihei like most other bigger cities has homeless people. That wasn't a deal breaker for us though, the condo was nice and we had a great time regardless.

We were amazed by all the extras available. From all the kitchen staples, shower essentials, and welcome snack bowl to all the beach essentials. Very clean and well kept apartment with quality furniture, electronics and bedding. I would totally recommend.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four!
Everything was spotless and well maintained. The condo looks to have been renovated recently making it extra comfortable.
With two kids under 10, we loved the very short walk to the beach and appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach towels that were left for us to use.
The shower was hot and bathroom was clean. The beds were also extremely comfortable with super soft sheets. It was nice to have AC at the end of a long, hot day, too. It looks just like the photos, but actually felt more spacious in person.
The kitchen was also very well stocked with all the tools we needed to make meals. Can't think of anything we had issues with.
Overall, we loved our stay and only wish we had more time here!

Jason was very accommodating for our short stay. The welcome basket was enjoyed by the kids. The complex is quiet and the beds are comfy. Walking distance to everything in Kihei. Great communication as well.

So we are two couples that love to explore the land. It was very comfortable and clean. The attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities was something to be appreciated. We like to venture out and it had had everything we needed like coolers chairs beach towels and after a long day exploring, the rooms was so comfy and relaxing to rest up for the next day. The location was great because it’s nearby restaurants that cater to tourist and locals so if we wanted to splurge or save money, then this place is the perfect.
Most bnbs we had stayed before was like staying at someone’s clean house, but this place paid attention to certain details that made this place better than hotel rooms. I highly recommend this place

We loved our time in Maui and our Vrbo accommodations were incredible. There is A/C in each room, which was amazing. Our host had snorkel gear, a first aid kit, beach gear, and beach towels. It was centrally located in Kihei near a great beach and amazing food options. I’d highly recommend this Vrbo and would love to stay again!

House was clean and very well organized. Love all the labels throughout the home. Made it easy to find things. Also loved the board with suggestions around town. It was helpful and gave us ideas on activities to do around the island.

The unit was super clean and so cute! Perfect two bedroom for a relaxing stay in Kihei. The unit had updated everything and was very aesthetically pleasing. Walkable to beaches and to some great food places. Our favorites were Kihei Cafe and Paia Fish Market in Kihei. The unit was quiet and homey, we would love to stay here again! Jason was great and super easy to communicate with.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The welcome basket was a hit with the kids. The building was a tad bit old but the unit itself was nicely renovated. Decor of unit was very cool and we liked how everything was labeled. Short walking distance to good beaches and great restaurants. Other great beaches just a short drive away.

We absolutely loved staying here. Beaches in short walking distance. The area was nice and quiet. Everything in the condo was as listed or better. The little details and amenities made it feel like home away from home. We appreciated the welcome package and local information that was provided. Loved our stay at this condo. The location was amazing. Close to Charley Young Beach and Kalama Park. In the mornings we would walk down to Starbucks and do a lap of the park. There was a pick up basketball league on Sunday mornings at 8 that our kids (teens) joined. The unit itself was very homey and well equipped. Some extras included an air fryer, insta pot, roomba. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. The kitchen is tight if you have multiple cooks. My son thought the pullout was one of the more comfortable pullouts he has slept on. We loved our stay and would stay there again in a heart beat!

The condo is beautifully decorated and in a great location. They provide beach gear and you are a quick 5 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to other nearby beaches. The kitchen is better stocked than my own and the entire unit had everything we could need. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and appreciated the recommendations left on the chalkboard in the dining room. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Great location within walking distance to everything. Communication was top notch and Jason was so helpful with recommendations for activities. Condo was very clean and comfortable for our family. This place was great place to stay for our family. It looks just like it does in the photos and was very spacious and worked perfect for my family of five. It had everything you could ever need, was a short walking distance to the beach and Kihei is a great location to be as it is very centrally located.

The place was very welcoming. It was well equipped with everything you need for the beach and inside the home. It was nice that we didn’t have to go purchase coffee and condiments.

This place was very beautifully decorated! All the little details, made the BIGGEST difference in this place. They had everything you could think of that you would need to enjoy your stay here. It was super close to a great beach and there is a pool on the property. It was spacious and comfortable with the climate controls in each room. And it was very clean! We loved our stay here and the host even left a personal note and a bowl of snacks to enjoy during our stay. I highly recommend this property for your extended stay on MAUI!
