About this house rental
Situated in Bradenton, this attractive house for $249 per night is a great choice for your next break. This extremely comfortable West Bradenton, Florida home is just 10 minutes to beautiful Anna Maria Beaches, 25 miles from Siesta Key, 17 miles from Sarasota, 45 miles from the Tampa airport and less than a mile to the Manatee River and a boat ramp for the boaters. We even have a 1/4 back yard with a lockable gate that opens to allow for boat/ trailer parking. (Please let us know if you wish to do this so we can mark sprinkler heads).We welcome small pets (up to 2 under 25 lbs). Make your self at home in this over 1/4 acre lot with a fire pit area, outdoor eating and lounging area and a brand new 6 person hot tub. Your vacation home has an expansive living room with a 55” tv and a lot of light. Pass through the dining area with an expandable table that can seat up to 8 people when expanded and a breakfast bar for three. New appliances and a Keurig / coffee maker and almost anything you may need including some spices and pan spray to cook up a family meal are in the kitchen! The king bedroom has a very comfortable bed and a smart tv with Spectrum cable and internet. The second bedroom also has a tv with spectrum cable and has a comfortable queen bed and a bunk bed set perfect for a couple or a whole family with small children. Our favorite room in the house is the Florida room with windows on three sides to allow you an outdoor experience while enjoying air conditioning. This room has games, toys and a play kitchen for the littles and a very comfortable daybed to sink in to. At night guests could close the barn doors and blinds to the kitchen and the day bed can turn into a king size bed in order to have a third bedroom. Go through the doors to the back patio and enjoy the comfortable seating area, dinner on the outdoor dining set after grilling on the new grill or take a dip in the hot tub or enjoy the fire pit patio and expansive fenced back yard. We provide a travel crib, high chair, sound machine and child dishes and books and toys to welcome the little's. In the garage you’ll find everything you’ll need for a fun trip to the beach with 6 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, a beach wagon, a cooler, fishing gear for two, beach games, floaties, 4 boogie boards, 2 beach mats and towels. After the beach take a bike ride to the beautiful Manatee River and river trails. We have two single bikes and a double bike for your pleasure. A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience In the garage along with detergent for a few loads. Publix grocery store along with a liquor store and several other amenities are within 1/2 mile. Many fantastic restaurants are within 10 minutes of the house. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and houses are all on 1/4 acre so they are set far apart. We are scheduled to get new windows throughout the house in August 2022. We hope you love our home as much as we do! As an aside, Several of the reviews are for a home we have in Bozeman, Mt that somehow became attached to this property. This property is in Bradenton Florida.

2 minute walk to the beach, easy access, home was spotless, updated, great beach gear, everything was furnished. Great check in and communication. Dave PM and Pam owner were fantastic. Bradenton Neighbors and neighborhood were awesome in helping us locate our lost dog. We plan to rent the home again in the near future.

I really can’t say enough good things. The stay was amazing. It was clean, close to the beach, property manager super responsive and helpful. They had everything you could possibly need. If we ever go back we will definitely stay here again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. The neighborhood was quiet, location was close to the beach, cleanliness is perfection and communication with properly manager is a dream. This house was welcoming and well equipped with everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The hosts clearly gave a lot of attention to making guests feel at home. The location is good - close to shops and some nice, uncrowded parks and a short drive to the beach. My favorite place to hang out was the patio, to enjoy the breezes and listen to the crickets in the evening. The beds were comfortable. I did a fair amount of cooking while there and found everything I needed in the kitchen. There were a few minor technical glitches, which you can find with any place, but what you won't find everywhere are the extremely responsive and helpful property manager and owner to address the minor issues that arose. We would happily return here.

We had zero negative experiences with the home, it was perfect. I appreciate that the decor is simple and not generic feeling. The backyard is contained so our small dogs had a blast running around. Many conveniences located minutes away.

Three weeks in this recently-remodeled two-bedroom home was a wonderful experience and introduction to Bradenton/Sarasota. The home was nestled in a nice, upper middle class neighborhood, well-appointed and equipped, and very accessible to beaches and retail. It had everything we needed and more, and we especially loved the hot tub and spacious backyard. The only thing missing was our grandkids, who would have loved the games, bicycles, and beach toys. Finally, the property manager was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We had a great time!

We could not have been happier! It was clean. We have 4 children and it was so perfect for us. The backyard, the amazing hot tub, the toys, the house and everything was just wonderful. We would definitely come back if we go to Florida again. The manager also needs 5 stars, he was very helpful, and yet not interfering with our vacation!

Great House for Family Getaway
This property is meticulously clean and well equipped with high-quality products and absolutely anything and everything you need--just bring your bags. House is in excellent conditions (looks like a model home) with plenty of room for everyone to be as close together or spread apart as you choose. Plenty of board games are provided as well as the ping pong table in the garage. The large amount of beach gear is very convenient for enjoying the beaches. The back patio is perfect for grilling and enjoying the hot tub after a day out. Top of the line kitchenware is available--just bring what you like to eat!

Wonderful Bozeman experience
We had an absolutely fantastic time in Bozeman! Pam made everything really easy…from pre-check in, to actual check in. She sent us so much information about Bozeman and the surrounding areas. The house was beautiful and Pam was a very responsive host!

The house was great! Everything you could need was provided. Lovely back yard to sit outside in the evenings. Nice neighborhood close to shopping/restaurants with a beautiful nearby park and walking trails. The owner was easily available for any questions. I stayed for a month and would stay there again.
