This vacation rental includes passes to SHARC where you can enjoy a pool, hot tub, outdoor aquatic park, lazy river, kiddie pool, and cafe. LIVING AREA Showcasing vaulted wood-beam ceilings, the welcoming Great Room provides two sofas, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV. The loft is furnished with two twin sofa beds and a TV. KITCHEN & DINING The pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances, butcher block countertops, and a three-person kitchen bar. The dining table seats six for meals. BED & BATH This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a loft with two twin sofa beds. The primary bedroom is appointed with a king bed, a TV, and patio access. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES A front patio offers cushioned seating with forest views. Make use of the gas grill. Your reservation includes six complimentary passes to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC), located 4 minutes away. Tennis Village amenities: - Indoor pool and hot tub (open year-round) - Seasonal outdoor aquatic park with a lazy river, water slides, and a kiddie pool - Cafe EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are provided. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the parking lot. This condo has a two-story layout. LOCATION Walk just 10 minutes to The Village at Sunriver, which features multiple restaurants, Starbucks, and outdoor recreation shops. Schedule a tee time at Meadows or Crosswater golf courses. Spend sunny days using your SHARC passes or have a picnic by the beautiful Deschutes River. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Loved staying here for a girls trip! The location is unmatched - walking distance to many spots in Sunriver and just a short drive up to Mount Bachelor! We had the best time and will absolutely be returning! The house is comfortable, clean and makes for the best cozy winter getaway!

Property was in a great location! House was stocked with everything you would need. Communication with staff was great. This is my second time staying at Tennis Village. and it won't be our last.

The condo was in such a great location! It was a 8-10 minute walk to the village and about a 5 minute walk to the resort. The house was stalked with mostly any cooking utensil needed. Smart TV in the living room was nice. Beds were comfortable and lots of space in both rooms. The upstairs loft/living space has two sofa pull out beds that I thought was nice to have. Overall great condo and location. 10/10 recommend!!

The home was clean and exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was fully stocked, rooms had extra pillows and blankets, tv’s in every living space, tons of games for the family, and close to the Village! Our family will definitely be returning!
