Here, amid the tropical trees and shrubbery, you’re truly able to indulge in the beauty and stillness of Marco Island. The only thing missing is a beverage to sip as you bask in pure bliss. Don’t worry, it’s not missing for long, as the fully stocked kitchen comes with a coffee maker, a kettle, and a blender. It also features modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare and enjoy family meals both at the wooden dining room table and on the balcony. No matter where you are inside of the unit, thick clusters of trees are the constant backdrop. Boat deck-inspired wood ceiling panels and comfy beach-inspired furniture provide the living room with a gentle touch of coastal living. To further enhance your comfort, the interior, with its seaside décor, is brightened by the sun that enters through the sliding glass doors, creating a true feeling of paradise. The bedrooms, along with their ample closet and draw space, feature televisions and windows that open up to the fresh, tropical outdoor air. They are also embellished by all of the colors and images of the tropics, which serve to remind you of where you truly are. The unit provides everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. All the seaside images in the unit remind you it’s just a brief walk to the beach. So, pack up the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella and head to the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue. For waterside relaxation even closer to home, stop by one of the Mariner’s two heated pools and take a refreshing swim, then find a recliner on the spacious brick deck ringed by palm trees. There’s no better finish to a day in the tropics than dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi By KJ, all just a short walk from the unit. So, come experience seaside serenity with all of the amenities at the Mariner. Please note that the condo association requires a fourteen (14) day approval period.
