About this house rental
Located in Gainesville, this charming house for $406 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Lake view is slice of Heaven. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in quiet circle. 4 bedroom / 3 bath house recently remodeled with new appliances and AC unit. Master bedroom has Marriott Ritz Carlton SuperKing mattress. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. In addition, I supply all coffee - both K-Cups and ground coffee. Multi-level deck house with Weber grill. Outdoor Gazebo with fire pit to enjoy the view. Private dock with deep water for the brave to jump off the double party deck. Boat parking available at dock and house with public boat ramp access 2 miles away. Easy lake access via four seater golf cart provided at house. Also, two Kayaks, two paddle boards and many other amenities to list. Historic downtown Gainesville is just 5-10 minutes away, with its charming southern square, boutiques and amazing local restaurants. Don't worry if you forget something - Publix, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods and just about every convenience you'll need is also a quick 10 minute drive, along with several fast food and fine dining restaurants. Most of the time we allow early check-in (morning) and late check-out (afternoon) depending on availability. PLEASE NOTE: Due to personal family commitment, there will be no dock access for June 24-27 and July 3-6, 2024. PLEASE READ REVIEWS :)

We enjoyed out stay at this property. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We only had to provide the food! It was a very enjoyable stay. We flew in for our sisters wedding and didn’t want to stay at a hotel. This house was perfect… 3 kids and 4 adults. Thank you so much!

House does have amazing lake views, is clean and has everything you need plus some for family fun. We even brought our dogs, one being a lab who loves the water. Host provides access to his dock which is just a few houses down for fun on the lake. Great experience!

I have been hesitating to write my review for fear that once I wrote it the secret would be out. The hospitality that Todd and Kat showed us went above and beyond any stay we have ever had from VRBO. The house was beautiful and the location could not have been any better. We look forward to returning! Thank you for allowing us to make the best vacation memories yet!

Todd and Kathryn have created a beautiful lake experience with their house on the lake. The house is well equipped with lots of areas to relax and gather inside and out. The lily pad, floaties, kayaks and SUP make hanging out at their dock a blast. The kids are already asking me when we can book again.

The view from the house is AMAZING! You can’t beat it. The dock is just a couple of houses down and it has a beautiful double decker dock. The kids loved jumping off into the lake. It’s a quick golf cart ride but an easy walk too.
The best part of the trip was the host. Todd and his family were so generous and attentive to all of our needs. I highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Todd's home. Todd and his wife are amazing hosts, making sure that every little detail is covered and that you have the best experience you possibly can. Todd took us on a sunset cruise one evening and gave us a tour of the "neighborhood", provided ice for us daily, or as needed, loaned us some baby gear that was forgotten at home, and was just an all-around awesome host. The home itself was immaculate, the cleanest rental we have EVER stayed in. It is well appointed, very comfortable, and plenty of room for 2-3 families to enjoy comfortably. Lots of games to play in your down-time and the best view on the whole lake! The bedding and linen choices are perfect and oh-so-comfortable too. The dock offered great views, ample boat parking, lots of extras, and fun fishing & swimming too!
You will not be disappointed in this place! Do note, there are some steep hills to navigate down to the boat ramp, but Todd has provided transportation for those who want or need it. He really has thought of everything!
We cannot recommend this home and this host enough! Best rental experience ever!

We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the house and all of the amenities. We were there with our 25 year old son and our dogs for our family vacation. Todd and Kathryn were so accommodating and friendly which made our stay that much better. Our son kayaked and enjoyed the area as well. There is plenty to do if you take a short drive which cured the shopping needs. From restaurants to Outlets to Publix. Again, this was a wonderful home and had everything we needed, even coffee and toilet paper. Was provided. All in all we felt very comfortable with the owners and the home.

We just had the most amazing vacation at Lake Lanier! The house is so clean and it has everything you could need . The owners put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable. The view is absolutely incredible!! The highlight of the trip was a beautiful boat ride with Todd and his wife . They went out of their way to show us a good time! They are always there for anything you need . The dock and golf cart were so much fun -our family made some wonderful memories . Thank you Todd and Kat for all of your hard work -we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Todd and Kathryn were absolutely delightful and super accommodating. The house was clean, open, spacious and great for our stay. We enjoyed corn hole, darts, and the games that were provided for our evening entertainment. I couldn't recommend this place enough. The picture caught our attention…and it didn’t lie. It was an amazing view and worth getting up early to see the sunrise. However it didn’t stop there. Everyone, including my 4-year-old granddaughter, had something to delight them; a boat ride for my husband, games and golf cart adventures for the younger set and one of the best stocked kitchens and pantries we’ve ever been in. There was no need that wasn’t supplied - even a bottle of wine to celebrate our 56th anniversary! Thank you,Todd and Kathryn, for being the best hosts ever!

From the moment we arrived Todd was the most wonderful and accommodating host. As we toured the house we could see the level of care he put in to make our stay fantastic! Every amenity one could think of was provided and Todd went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun. The house was beautiful from floor to ceilings. Every amenity possible with games for the kids, use of golf cart, great decks with chairs for awesome view of the lake, and much more. The owner made the check in process seamless and easy. The house was gorgeous, in a very quiet set back neighborhood. Perfect for a large family to gather. I would definitely rent again if back in the area. Don't miss out on this hidden gem.

We had an amazing time. Todd and Kathryn were fantastic hosts! This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. We had 3 families with 4 teenage boys and everyone had plenty of room. Comfortable beds, nice appliances and well stocked kitchen. We will be back for sure. Thanks Todd and Kathyrn for making our spring break wonderful! :-)

This house was amazing! It is just as gorgeous and pristine as the pictures. The balcony is perfect for reading a book over the fantastic views of Lake Lanier. Master and also has a gorgeous lakeside view.
Todd was a wonderful host! He happily showed us all the amenities included with the house including the golf cart, dock and kayaks. He and his wife graciously took us out on his boat which my kids absolutely loved!

The location is ideal and the view from the balcony is epic. (Way better than the provided pictures) Must Do: wake up early and watch the the sunrise from the perfect vantage point.
The interior of the property is impeccably clean and spacious. Great taste in decor and attention to the small details was evident through out.
The dock is easily accessible and in great condition! Jump on any of the kayaks or paddle boards and have fun exploring the inlets.
Provided golf cart was very useful. In the early afternoon we used it to go spot the resident deers and watch them forage.
Within the amenities, the property has an extensive array of board games; including an arcade machine, dart board and fuss ball table. Make every night a family game night.
Above all the host was just AWESOME!!!
Just a simple text away, he was always willing to provide local recommendations & accommodate any need. Exceedingly friendly, he made our stay that much better.

This is the best house we have ever stayed. The view is gorgeous as in the pictures. Kitchen has a lot of spices. It even has plastic wraps, aluminum foils, Ziploc bags,… . We were provided a tub of dishwasher detergents, so we can wash dishes many times. Laundry room has soap, so we did not have to buy it. If we come back to this area, we will stay in this house again if it is available.

We had a wonderful time staying in this awesome lake view home. The house was very clean when we arrived and had absolutely everything we needed. The owners were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Having the golf cart to explore with, was such a nice touch and waking up to a beautiful sunrise with coffee on the deck was just what we needed.

Todd was extremely accommodating. It was the cleanest VRBO we have yet to rent. The beds were also were comfortable! The view of the lake really is beautiful and the golf cart we were given to get to and from the fishing dock made all the difference. The house is stocked with many games to play, seasonings, extra blankets, cleaning supplies, and even had firewood for the outdoor firepit! Nothing felt crammed and we enjoyed the robot vacuums and and wash machine to help keep things tidy. If you have a little that still needs a safe sleeping spot, the master closet it plenty big enough for a pack n play and even has an outlet close by for a sound machine. We can’t say enough great things and plan to return!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The property was clean and had everything you could need - even a Christmas tree for our holiday stay. The view was amazing! Would love to return in the Summer and use the dock and the boat. Thanks, Todd, for being such a great host!

Todd was great, from the time we checked in, until we checked out. There was constant communication making sure we had everything we needed, and even offered to take us out on his pontoon boat. (Hate we were busy at the time). The property itself was immaculate. It didn't feel like a normal Vrbo listing. He provided everything we needed. Where do I begin….This house is fantastic!!! The host and hostess were so welcoming and kind.
To start, we were in the area for a graduation at Breneau University and Todd was so flexible and accommodating as we learned more about when things were scheduled.
Upon arrival, the view and house were so impressive!! The furnishings and set up was so comfortable. The accommodations exemplify quality and good taste! Well equipped kitchen.
The weather was chilly, but still warm enough to soak in the views from the deck overlooking the lake.
Highly recommend, any time of year!!

Even prior to our arrival, our hosts were extremely helpful, communicative, and clear with directions and information about the property. The view of the lake is spectacular, and easy to view for hours because of the large deck and comfortable chairs/ rockers. The home is more than adequately equipped with anything you can imagine for preparation and serving of meals; the appliances are top notch, and there are plenty of linens. The notebook that was available on the kitchen island table was full of brochures and maps for nearby short trips of exploration. We can't say enough about how clean the property was, to the extent that we felt like we were the first ones who had ever been there!! We look forward to returning one day.

We celebrated my father’s 70th birthday here with 7 adults and 1 child. We had an amazing time just hanging out, enjoying the view and surrounding areas. Everything was perfect and well thought out. Todd even brought us a load of firewood at 10 PM to make sure we had enough to keep the chill off! Amazing place/host, don’t question, just reserve.
