Bright and airy home in the heart of Carolina Beach with lovely outdoor areas for play, relaxation and socializing! This spacious newer home is everything you imagine a beach house to be. Large, wide covered porch has table and chairs for casual dining and entertaining as well as conversation seating. The enclosed back yard has a private pool and hot tub plus large patio area with table, chairs and loungers, and a flat grassy area for enjoyment. The parking and outdoor space this house offers is amazing! Minimal steps to the first floor and porch make it convenient and functional for young families and multi-generational gatherings. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Open dining/ living/ kitchen and 2 bedrooms on ground floor; loft area/game room and 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor. All bedrooms have attached private bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, beverage cooler, pantry, and island. Inside dining for 12 (dining table and island bar seating). The house is about 5-10 minute walk to the beach, with very close paid parking available if you'd rather not walk. Located on a quiet residential street it is an easy walk to most everything Carolina Beach offers. When you are ready to explore, The Black Pearl is an easy stroll to downtown Carolina Beach and the board walk (less than 2 blocks). Carolina Beach offers restaurants, shopping, carnival rides, well known Britt's Donuts during the summer season and a vibrant night life. Fort Fisher, the Aquarium, the ferry to Southport, the State Park and Cape Fear river are all a short drive, when you are ready to explore further. The gazebo has live music and bingo in the summer months. Fishing charter boats, nightly party cruises, pontoon boats and paddle boards are available. Carolina Beach offers a greenway trail, family parks that include pickle ball court, skate park, basketball court and green space. Within a 20 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and Front Street, museums, and more to see and do! No Smoking and No Pets, please. Parking accommodates 5 vehicles; do not park on the grass, please. A 3 day minimum stay is required in off season; 7 day (Sunday to Sunday) stay mid June - mid August.

The house had plenty of room for my family to enjoy the Christmas holidays. We all loved that every room had its own bathroom and loved the openness of the living, dining and kitchen areas. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, to prepare all our meals. We loved the short walk to the beach and all the cute shops and restaurants there. Kathleen answered all our questions prior to arrival and check in was easy.

Very clean and spacious house. Very short walk to the little grocery store and also not far from the beach. It wasn't quite warm enough to use the pool, but the porch was nice to sit on. One of the best features was a bathroom for each bedroom, which was great for 6 couples sharing the house.

House was very spacious and clean. Just the kitchen inside the drawers could have been a little bit cleaner.
Service could be a little bit better: Bed sheets were not already put onto the bed, we had to do that. No beach towels. No shower gel.
All in all yet great for family with kids / friends. Would come back.

Our family of eight and 2 very small children had a fantastic stay at this home. The house itself was plenty large and had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus especially with the heat at the beach. Easily accessible to restaurants. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was a definite plus! We rented golf carts and there was parking and charging for those and well as our four vehicles. The property owners were accessible for any questions. Worth the stay!! Only be prepared to pay for parking for beach accessibility to Carolina Beach itself.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location and steps from the beach. When we stayed it was really hot 90-95 degrees and humid, so having a pool available when the beach was too hot was key. The WiFi was easily setup up on our devices. Not only did we enjoy Carolina Beach but we went to Holden Beach where you can find Sea Biscuits and lots of shells. We found conch shells on Carolina Beach as well. We used the charcoal grill a lot. One thing that’s really needed on the property wish list was a scoop to scoop out the ashes with into the adjacent can. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishware. We would recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying in Carolina Beach.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and could walk to restaurants, the beach, boardwalk, amusement parks etc. The pool was very nice as well. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the furniture and mattresses. They are very outdated but served their purpose. Would stay again.

This property has an amazing location. Walking distance to the beach, the Boardwalk, stores, restaurants, everything really! The pool was a great bonus & was used & enjoyed by all. It’s not heated, but the weather helped warm it up more by the end of our week there. The space is cutely decorated & looks like the photos, clean & spacious. The owner was responsive as well. They also have a great kitchen stocked with everything you would need!
The only thing that the space lacked or could most certainly improve upon, would be the beds. It was very unfortunate how uncomfortable they were, and that was confirmed for all of the queen or bigger beds (Aka where the adults slept). This place would be perfect if the sleeping arrangements would have been better.

The house was great with plenty of rooms. The cookware in the kitchen was top quality. House was located within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Best part of the house was the large wrap around porch. We will stay here again next year for sure.

This property is amazing. It is a perfect location of walking to the boardwalk and bars that carolina beach has to offer. It is set up well for couples to each have their own private room and bathroom. The common areas are a great place to relax and very comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back

our 1st official girls trip was great, and the house was the begin of that great time. We were completely impressed with the house and the all of the accommodations it offer. the pool was perfect for a lazy day of relaxing, dancing and all we needed to enjoy each other. I, we will use again and we will refer to other family and friends whenever they come to Wilmington area in the future. 5 Stars from us

I’m a picky person about where I stay. I travel a lot and and must say this is a wonderful property. Nicely furnished. Walking distance to beach and local restaurants. Private pool, fenced in yard. Couple of the mattresses were hard and probably need replacing but overall it was great! Quick communication with owner when needed.

The house was clean and very cute! Big enough for multiple families to stay together while traveling for a wedding. Neighborhood was very nice- the next door neighbors were very kind to the kids! Owners were quick to respond and allowed us in early and helped respond to mistaken packages left at the address. Would definitely Recommend.

Our Thanksgiving vacation was absolutely fantastic. The house was just what we needed. It was so spacious and beautifully decorated just as it was pictured online. Our host was so gracious, kind, and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of cook-ware, and plenty of essentials. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would love to book this property again.

This is a wonderful rental! Adults were able to stay downstairs and the kids upstairs. It rained a lot while we were there so it was nice to have the pool especially when the sun would try to come out. Wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer especially with six preteens! Kitchen fully stocked. Easy five minute walk to the beach. Owner very accommodating! Thank you!

Very nice property. Ants were terrible, even after the exterminator came. The owner needs to check the tack strips on the stairs holding the carpet down. There were several protruding and one of the grandchildren cut their foot.

Great vacation home
My family and I had the best time at this property. The location is amazing with everything you need within walking distance. The pool was a huge hit with the kids along with the large backyard to get in a small game of soccer. The layout of the house was great for large families with kids. Kids could hang out in the common area upstairs between the four bedrooms while the adults stayed downstairs hanging out in the living room or around the huge island in the kitchen. No complaints about this property what so ever.

Bathroom for every bedroom and great location!
A few small hiccups - dishwasher broken was not a ton of fun, but we cook alot - but overall great. Kids loved the pool, everything was very new and well kept. Upstairs sitting room with smart TV was great for the teenagers to escape. Very close to boardwalk and easy walk to the beach.
