If you don't want to walk, load up in the six-seater golf cart included with your home to zip around even faster and easier. After a fun day at the beach, slip into the refreshing private cocktail pool under your covered terrace or turn up the heat and use it as a spa year-round. Rinse off the sand at the outdoor shower and step right in. Your grill master may already be cooking dinner on the propane grill at the edge of the courtyard. All of the toys are included with a 6-seater golf cart, X-box, three great TVs with Cable, a foosball table, and more. This three-story home with beach resort-style amenities is the perfect headquarters for your next getaway. You'll love the modern beachy vibe, and each of the 5 bedrooms has been professionally decorated, displaying a unique personality. Four of the five bedrooms are en-suites with their own full private bathroom, and the fifth bedroom has a full bathroom right across the hall. From the two upper decks (one with an outdoor dining table), you'll enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views between the only row of houses between you and the water. The gourmet kitchen makes meal prep a breeze with high-end stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and a wall-mount range hood. The house also has a top-of-the-line washer/dryer and two full-sized refrigerators on separate floors for convenience for the whole family. This house is a perfect place to host family. THINGS TO KNOW There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. The pool can be heated and used as a spa. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Two security cameras - one at the front door and one at the back. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Just returned from a weekend trip to Port Aransas. Sunshine Overtime was by far the best beach rental I have ever stayed at! The house was above and beyond what we were expecting. We traveled with 5 couples and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the house was. We’re already planning a trip back. On the first level there were two bedrooms, each with a full size bed and bunk beds, a living area, foosball table. The utility room had a full size refrigerator and washer and dryer. We also had our own plunge pool for evenings after the beach. The second level was huge with high ceilings. The kitchen had everything we needed for a fun weekend getaway. A breakfast area table and a table big enough for our whole group to gather to recap the day or have meals. Another living area and a patio to relax. There were also two bedrooms on this level each with their own bathroom and another bathroom in the hall). As if that wasn’t enough the third level had yet another beautifully decorated bedroom with what felt like higher ceilings than the level before. This level had a private patio and a huge bathroom with the best shower and tub. Once it was time for us to hit the beach we loaded up the golf cart that came with the house and rode to the beach. Since the house is on the closest street to the beach it was a very short ride. We reserved chairs at the beach so no setup. Super convenient! We packed our drinks and snacks for the beach but we had no idea this was a resort community. At the beach there was a waitress that came by throughout the day to check on us to see if we’d like drinks or food from the neighborhood restaurant. There was also an air conditioned restroom trailer for men and women. Now for the neighborhood amenities. A short walk from the house in the neighborhood there was a Starbucks trailer! There were also a couple of restaurants we tried Reds and black marlin. Reds is great for casual dining and snacks with a patio. Black Marlin was a great upscale restaurant. We had dinner and brunch there. There were also two neighborhood pools. One had live music and a walk up bar. The other was quiet and had a bar as well but it was closed on Sunday when we stopped by. After this trip to Port A it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else.

We arrived to the house in the pictures and the listing is Ocean view. The pictures are old and there are houses built all around so there is no view. We had construction workers arriving at 7am every day including Easter. It was a disaster. The management team offered us a 10% discount for their deception. The house next door leases for half of ours because they are honest with the listing and do not have a view. We also had no hot water for the first day.

We have been booking our stays at Palmilla for years and Casita Navidad was amazing. Tons of room for our 2 families with nice separation of space to make everyone comfortable. We had one cooler day during our visit and the hot tub come into play big time. Great furnishings, parking and access to the beach and pool. We'll definitely stay here again

Our family truly enjoyed this home. Large enough for all of us. We will stay there again, highly recommend if you have a large group or family. It was clean and having two dishwasher’s and two refrigerators was the best!!

Our group of three families loved our stay at Casita Navidad. The house is beautiful and laid out well. The pool/hot tub was fun for everyone, the kitchen was easy for 3 moms to work in, and the beds were heavenly. The Palmilla amenities were wonderful, too! We all want to stay here again on our next trip to Port A!

Had a small hiccup the first day with the water heater not working but once that got resolved it was a wonderful stay! The home is lovely and spacious… and it was nice to have the second living space for the kiddos. Also appreciated the mudroom and laundry room w the extra frig. Overall a great house!!
