Water sports lovers will flock to Breezy Point, a fantastic home on the sound with 330 feet of waterfront access to one of Avon's premier windsurfing spots. This home features charming furnishings and decor throughout, from the spacious kitchen and breakfast bar to the waterfront living and dining areas. A second living area features a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, and extra elbow room for a little relaxation. All in all, there are six TVs, two VCRs, two DVD players, six CD players, and free high-speed WiFi for your laptop. The biggest attraction, of course, is the water, and Breezy Point is surrounded by sound views in every direction. The large lot and the private dock provide ample space for rigging and de-rigging kiteboarding and windsurfing equipment, and there's a lockable storage area available nearby. Everyone will love the stunning sunsets over the Pamlico Sound, best enjoyed from the breezy decks. For a vacation home with incredible sound access, comfortable accommodations, and gorgeous waterfront sunsets, Breezy Point will blow you away. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: This home features a private dock. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We loved the house, location, well-kept, nicely updated and amenities. The only downside were the mattresses, which a few felt like sleeping on the springs. A larger TV in the living room would be nice but not critical like new mattresses.
We would definitely stay here again but really hope new mattresses.

Breezy Point is a lovely place on the sound in Avon!
Best points: The upstairs den works great if you have older kids or adults. The kitchen is well stocked. The view is fabulous, and it is so easy to enjoy watersports right from the yard.
Low points: The wifi is not the greatest and does not work on the deck. We have rented this house two years in a row, and the air has gone out both times. Take bug spray because there are a lot of biting bugs in the yard in the evenings.

Very spacious house. Has a great layout. Lots of windows and decks that have a spectacular view of the water. House is in a good location, easy travel into town.

PROS
This was our 3rd year at Breezy. We love living on the Sound Side. The house is perfect for water lovers: new dock, instant water access, huge yard for kayaks, kite boards etc. Gathering on the huge porch for Sunset and Cocktails is a beloved daily ritual. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths Breezy’s layout works great for our group women friends.
CONS
The downside of Breezy is the furnishings. The furniture (inside and outside) is dated, very uncomfortable and unfortunately by midweek extremely hard on butts and backs. There simply isn’t a comfortable spot to sit and read. Additionally, there is no shade after the sun shifts to the west. Lastly sitting outside can get very “buggy” because there is no screened-in porch space.
We will certainly go back to Avon. But, we might not stay at Breezy again - unless the owners upgrade the furniture and furnishings to match the incredible location and views.

Overall great views and beautiful sunsets. It's an amazing spot for wind/kit surfing. Only giving this place 4 stars because the beds are very uncomfortable. The whole family got very little sleep the entire trip because the beds are so bad. Other than that it was a nice house.

The house has a perfect location and is in reasonable shape for a rental.
We have rented this home many times over 20 years and it is great for inviting family and friends.

What a wonderful week. This place is amazing when it comes to views and defines the word Soundfront. Even though it appears that the house is more for the Kite Surfer and other water activities, just sitting on the deck and watching those who do is time consuming.
As for the name of Breezy Point, the owners were spot on. The wind this week was from the SW at 15 to upper 20s and the house lived up to it’s name.
The house is very well furnished, however the furniture in the family room was uncomfortable, but we spent more time on the decks. The overall size was perfect for a family of 4.
To the owner’s, we Thank You for allowing us to spend our vacation in your home.
