Beautiful townhome close to EVERYTHING! Fully updated from top to bottom, with lighting fast Wifi! We are SO excited to make our little slice of paradise available for you to stay at! You can't beat the 3 minute walk (some will take longer, depends on how fast you walk & how much stuff you are bringing with you) to the beach that this townhome offers. Our 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom floor townhome offers 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the very spacious living room has 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa with the comfiest gel mattress you will ever sleep on from a pullout. The living room also has a second full-size futon sleeper sofa with a very thick and comfy mattress, as well as an additional regular sized couch. This unit is newly updated from top to bottom - just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new or updated and waiting for you to use it! This townhome is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community. Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use. Forgot your beach equipment, towels, sunscreen, goggles, kid swimmies, or even a toothbrush? No problem! We have supplied extras for you to use. Please note that the variety of what is available is subject to change based on re-stocking, time of year, availability, etc. Open the door and connect to the lightning fast WiFi, or stream the 125+ channels on our 65" TV in the living room, or the additional TVs located in each bedroom! Bring your bicycles and you can park/lock them in the bike racks conveniently located right outside our building by the parking lot. Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island has SO MUCH to offer, including mini golf, multiple 18-hole golf courses, historic areas to visit, more restaurants, bars, and shops than you will be able to visit in 1 trip, the cutest downtown you could ever imagine, and much, much more! Many of these amenities are within walking distance to our townhome, and all are no more than a short drive away. Nice quiet, relaxing setting and loved the very short easy walk to beach! Days were cool for the most part so we didn’t use the pool or beach chairs, etc. Condo was as described with plenty of space for me and my husband. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.

This condo was exactly what we wanted. Super clean, fully equipped for our stay, just a couple minutes walk to the beach. There were only two of us staying but there is plenty of beds for a larger family. Communication was amazing, response time within minutes after I submitted a question. We would rent this again.

Gregory was a wonderful host and the place was fabulous! The place was perfect for our family. Gregory was prompt with responses and extremely friendly and helpful.
Amelia Island was an absolutely wonderful place! It was our first time but not our last. We will definitely be in touch with Gregory again to stay at his place.

This quiet complex was exactly what I needed this week. The owners were responsive and provided great guidance on the property and the area. The ability to watch an Atlantic sunrise was less than a 3 minute walk away. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The property manager was quick to respond to any request we had. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We were close enough to the beach to walk and there were many great places to eat nearby. The house was very clean and well stocked. Our bed was comfortable and we had a great selection of channels to watch on the TVs. The only thing we would have liked was nightstands as there were none in our bedroom. There was also only a very small frying pan but we did find a griddle to make our burgers on. A few more hand towels and kitchen towels and wash clothes would have been helpful as well. Maybe a couple more ice trays too. Other than those things, we would definitely come back to this vacation home again! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation! 😃

We love Amelia Island! This condo was perfect for our stay! Clean and cute! Great location! The pool was perfect for relaxing. We drove to the beach because it's close, but there is not a direct path and you have to walk through the neighborhood. The owners were extremely accommodating and responded quickly!

This was our first visit to the area and the place was exactly as listed, and perfect for us! Clean and well-equipped kitchen and close by grocery store, too! The owner was very responsive and provided helpful links to nearby attractions. They even provided a surprise treat for our family celebration. *****We'll be back!

We had a great time and enjoyed this wonderful home. Check in was very easy thanks to great communication from Greg. No issues while we were there. The Condo is well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Lovely and quiet and very peaceful. Very easy walk to the beach which was very quiet and relaxing. We would definitely come back if we were to come back to Amelia Island.

Enjoyed our recent stay at Greg's townhouse, playing golf around North East Florida. Photographs give an accurate impression of the property. Balcony is normally shaded by big tree, but this is a good thing. Kitchen compact but better equipped than many rentals. Lounge area generous.
Plenty of beach towels ,equipment and games which we did not use but would be useful for a family.
Host replied promptly to queries and was quick to offer help re minor problem.
Does not overlook beach but is an easy stroll with beach access close by.

I came in for the weekend to spend with my nephew and wanted to make it an adventure. Tiff and Greg's condo was exactly what I was looking for. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The place had everything we needed; great Wi-Fi, complete kitchen, Nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, big living room TV... I can't say enough for the great value Tiff & Greg offer in their condo, a few steps from the ocean. Thank you for a great stay and being a great host.

Communication was quick and easy with the owners! They were super flexible and let us stay a few extra hours past checkout due to cancelled flights! Super nice people!

If you are looking for luxury, keep looking. We were driving back home and saw this opportunity. It was exactly what we wanted. No frills but great location to the beach. But everything you would need to use at the condo. Great TV's if you're into that sort of thing of an evening. I would recommend this condo for a base location to enjoy all that Fernandina Beach has to offer. Also, Greg was great to work with.

We had a great time and enjoyed this wonderful home. Greg made checking in and out a breeze. We were still able to enjoy the pool and the beach this late in the year. It made for a great vacation and we would definitely come back again!

We loved the trees and the property kept it cool. We are from Minnesota so a last fling of summer was wonderful on Amelia Island. The place has everything you need for the beach. Lots of towels, a nice deck and a great bed. We would stay here again.

I would highly recommend this property for vacation! It was hands down the cleanest vacation rental property we have EVER stayed in. The home owner (Mr. Greg) was wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. Very neat furnishings, comfortable amenities and simply put, a great place to stay! I've only started renting places like this. This property is as lovely as the photos. Very comfortable. The owners are very professional. The sign in and getting in. Places to park. So convenient. Walking to the beach is so close.. You really do have everything you need. Of everyplace I've stayed this one has been the best. It was like home away from home.

The property was perfectly located, there was so much to do within walking distance. The kids loved being so close to the beach, shark tooth hunting and having ice cream so close by! The property was extremely clean and felt like home! The hosts put a lot of love and detail into our stay from extra avail tooth brushes, sunblock and games for the kids! We had a blast and will be back!!!

Enjoyed staying here with our family. Close walk to the beach access. Enjoyed the small pool as well. Family friendly area, quiet at night. Folks around were respectful. Neat and tidy place to stay with great communication from property owners. Would recommend to anyone for a little getaway.
