LIVING AREAS This light-filled oceanside getaway features 1,450 square feet of stylish living space and three suite-style bedrooms. Take in Atlantic views from a living room furnished with a plush sofa and two chairs. The 46” TV comes with Wii, and a selection of books and toys are provided. KITCHEN & DINING The modern kitchen is appointed with plenty of gleaming counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including a French-door fridge. Fix favorite family recipes in this well-equipped space. The breakfast bar has bench seating, and an elegant dining area seats six. BEDROOMS & BATHS Located on the eighth floor, this single-story condo sleeps up to eight guests in three suite-style bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. The master suite has a king-size bed and direct access to the balcony. A jetted tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower round out the spacious en-suite master bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a desk, while the third guest room has two comfy queen beds. Both rooms feature bright en-suite bathrooms equipped with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS Step outside to your private covered balcony to take in the scenery and the fresh ocean air. There's seating for four to relax with morning coffee. Malibu Pointe's indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, and fitness center are a short walk from your door. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Loved our stay, the condo was very nice but the cleaning crew should have done a better job, it looked as though everything had a film over it and had dust in several places. The inside pool was way over chlorine.
