Good size unit for multiple family however furniture was extremely dated, king bed extremely uncomfortable. No sound proofing. Every sound from unit above was heard which includes foot steps, flushing of toilets, showers and anything dropped.

The property seemed to be clean when we get there. The shower in the master bath had no shower head and shot a pressure washer style stream out. The spare bathroom had a shower head until it flew off and hit my mother in the head while showering. My wife and I also came home with bed bug bites from our stay that we both had to get treated for. Not a good experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

There were bugs in the kitchen, it took seven calls to different people over two days to get the pass to the main gate, they could not get a hold of the owner or the manager at all, everyone I spoke with passed the buck. The pots in the cupboard were filthy dirty, the water smelled foul the water cooler ran empty and nobody replied to my phone calls or texts to get a new water jug as the tap water was undrinkable. The condo was moderately clean but the master bed was covered in a foam as the bed was very old and the kids bed was an old flat fouton covered in a foam too. Never again.

The unit was spacious and was in a good location. The code on the door locks did not work. We had only 1 set of keys and got locked out. We spent half a day waiting on maintenance to unlock only to find the management did not have a key either. After missing our evening at Universal Studios the technician eventually broke door open. The unit also lacked many basics in the kitchen. Unit has potential but was missing attention to detail. We spent first day not realizing there was a gate key. No instructions provided regarding entrance to gated community.
